I have a 2013 ram 1500 and was wondering if this Westin rack was compatible with tonneau covers, if so which ones do you sell that it is compatible with?

The Westin HDX Headache Rack # 57-8033 that you referenced has been confirmed to fit your 2013 Dodge Ram 1500 with a 6 foot bed. Since it drills through the top of the bed rails to install it all you would need is a tonneau cover that installs to the inside of the bedrails.
I attached a page that has all of the covers that should work to the right you will want to select the mounts inside bed rails filter on the left side of the page. But the one I like the most would be the TruXedo Deuce 2 Soft Tonneau Cover # TX746901 since it is a hard, fold-up cover that will provide great protection for the cargo in the bed of your truck.
