The correct Blue Ox base plate kit for your 2007 Jeep Liberty is the part # BX1122.
Sounds like you already have a tow bar and all you need is wiring. Which for that I would recommend the Hopkins Tow Bar Wiring Kit part # HM56203. This will plug in line with your Liberty's taillight wiring harness and will allow your motorhome to activate the taillights.
