Rear Cargo Mat Recommendation for a 2014 Chevy Tahoe that Allows Third Row of Seats

Question:
Does this fit the 2014 Tahoe and does it have the cut outs in the mat so that the 3rd row seats can be installed with the mat still in place? Also, I would prefer the weather tech, gray cargo mat if has the cut outs
