How to Extend the Putco Push-Up Tie-Downs # P99901

Question:

Being flush when in the down position, how does one extend it? Obviously there is nothing to grasp, as I see it.

Expert Reply:

To get the Putco Push-Up Tie-Downs # P99901 to extend all you need to do is press down on the center section of the plate and as you release your finger from the plate the tie-down loop will come up with it similar to a clickable pen.
