Do you sell the mounts or mounting brackets or any means of mounting this to a trailer? Not a permanent mount but a way of holding it down when driving? thanks.

We do in fact offer a gas can mount from Rhino-Rack, their Gas Can Holder # RR43107. This mounting kit comes complete with mounting hardware for a variety of applications. It also includes a ratcheting strap.
The Rampage Trail Can Locking Toolbox # RA86622 that you referenced will fit in this holder since it can accept gas cans up to 14-3/8-inches long x 6-11/16-inches wide. Rampage Trail Can Holder - Upright Mount - 5 Gallon # RA86625 is designed specifically for this can so it ensures a perfect fit.
We also offer cable locks if you want to add some security to your installation, such as Master Lock's Python Adjustable Cable Lock # 8419DPF.
