Is the Rampage Trail Can Locking Storage Box Waterproof

Is it waterproof or can it be left outdoors and not leak?

The design of the Rampage Trail Can Locking Storage Box # RA86622 would prevent most moisture from getting into the contents of the box. But there isn't any type of moisture seals on the drawers or lid so although it will be fine in the rain I'd avoid submerging it as it isn't waterproof.
It will be basically just as weather proof as a normal truck toolbox.
