Ellen: Hey everyone, I'm Ellen here at etrailer.com, and today we're taking a look at the floor flange. this is going to be a replacement gasket for your RV toilet. It's going to work with a couple of different kinds, so we'll go over those in just a minute, but basically, this is going to be that sealing piece underneath your commode to make sure that there's no leaks or water coming out at the base. So if yours is kind of worn out, starting to see some leaks coming out of there, this is going to be that replacement that you need. We'll also get some mounting hardware to attach this to the base on the floor. Typically, you just need two of these bolts.
They give you four, so you'll have some extras there just in case.So let's take a little closer look. We'll also get the flange nuts to attach that hardware as well, so that should be everything you need to get that attached. This gasket is going to provide that watertight seal that we need around the base of our toilet, and this is going to work with Dometic SeaLand, and VacuFlush, So any of those toilets it should work with, you just want to make sure that it's going to be the pedestal style toilet. It does have a little label saying, "This side up," so be aware of that whenever you're putting this in place. It kind of has a raised lip around that, you want that to be facing up.As far as the size with this, it's just going to have an inner diameter of 5 1/2", or 5 1/4", excuse me.
So that's going to be about the diameter from this raised edge, to the same spot on the other side, right about 5 1/4". But that's pretty much all there is to it for our look at the replacement floor flange. Again, I'm Ellen here at etrailer.com, thanks for watching..

Get everything you need to mount your Dometic, Sealand, or VacuFlush RV toilet to a 4-bolt flange with this complete mounting kit. Flange seal keeps water and waste from leaking and damaging the floor around the toilet. Mounting hardware included.Product description states that this fits Dometic Sealand and Vacuflush toilets with four-bolt flange connections; it DOES NOT fit Sealand Traveler 110, 210, or 510H toilets even though these are four-bolt flange connections. This should be stated in the narrative.
Much better quality than the "knock off" brand!
Worked perfectly, Vacu Flush Toilet is back in service
Great, e-trailer sent my part out right away after USPS didn't deliver to home. Thankyou! Will use again.
Product appears to be the correct replacement for a faulty seal. I have not installed the replacement as it is a "backup" should the need arise.
Excellent service when ordered and arrived on time.needed a 4bolt pattern and I ordered wrong one so it came and was a2bolt-my fault.I ended up dropping it and bowl shattered.no time to fix now-back on the road,I will order a new one when I stop somewhere where I’ll be there for awhile.thanks again for all help
Extremely happy that it's still available for my 30+ year old application!
Just what I needed

I am sorry or any incorrect information on our site. I have contacted the manufacturer and they said that this is, indeed, the wrong seal kit number for the 110, 210, 510H Toilets. They are all a 2-bolt installation to the floor flange. The seal kit part # DOM98FR is for a 4-bolt application. It sounds like the part you need is part # DOM28FR. I have sent this information to our updaters and they should be getting this corrected on our site soon.
