After unhitching your fifth-wheel trailer or RV, steady it with the Ultra-Fab tripod stabilizer. Simply position the tripod beneath your trailer's king pin and release the chain that holds the stabilizer hitch cup in place. The hitch cup will rise and surround the king pin. Reattach the chain by hooking a bottom link around the bracket on the tripod leg. Now use the handle on the hitch cup to fine-tune the height of the stabilizer. Turn counterclockwise until the cup is sufficiently snug against the fifth-wheel king pin. Once everything is in place, insert the included padlock and your trailer will be stable, supported and secure.
