Video Transcript for Feature Breakdown: Reese 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch for Ford Super Duty

Hi, everybody. Andy here with etrailer.com. Let's take a real quick look at these Reese Quick Install Custom Outboard Brackets for your fifth wheel trailer hitches. These custom outboard brackets are going to dramatically reduce the amount of drilling and time required to install your fifth wheel hitch trailer. And as I mentioned, these are custom designed specifically for your 2023 and newer Ford F-250 and F-350 Super Duty, with either a six and three quarter foot bed, or a eight foot bed without the OEM prep package. And then your 2023 and newer Ford F-450 Super Duty with the eight foot bed, and again, without the OEM prep package.

On custom fit parts such as these brackets, I do recommend taking advantage of our vehicle fit guide here etrailer.com. Simply input the year, make, and model of your vehicle, and our fit guide will confirm that these will work for you, or if we have something comparable that will work for you. Now, these brackets are gonna mount beneath your truck bed to provide attachment points for your fifth wheel rails, using the existing holes in the frame of your truck, minimizing the insulation time, and helping to minimize drilling and measuring. And it cuts down that installation time by more than half, compared with universal bracket systems. Now, the biggest difference with these outboard brackets is that they're designed to install outside your truck's frame.

So the result is a much simpler installation process, where most underbed components can be easily avoided, because you're working outside the frame rails. And you also have easier access with your tools and more room to work, making the whole process less of a pain for you. Now, these brackets are designed to work with the Reese Universal Extended Length Base Rails. And on your screen, I am including our item number for those base rails. And those rails are going to sit in the bed of your truck and allow the installation of your fifth wheel trailer hitch.

So if you are in need of those rails and you want to check them out, you can just take that number that you see there on your screen, pop it in the search field of our website, and that will take you to those rails. Now, as you can see here in the middle of my table, the hardware for installing these brackets to your frame are included, along with instructions to walk you through the installation process. These brackets are constructed of sturdy steel with a black powder coat that's going to resist corrosion. And this does have a limited lifetime warranty from Reese. Well, that's gonna wrap up our brief look today.

I do hope that it was helpful for you. Again, my name is Andy. Thank you for joining me.
