It doesn't match the AC unit that I purchased it has LED lighting with nowhere to plug it into and I still haven't received the thermostat to even make the unit work and with all the research I was forced to do I learned that the unit has severe design flaws and doesn't even have a thermostat sensor on the thermostat it's up in the AC unit and I'm really disgusted with the whole purchase I was nickeled and dimed when I thought I purchased the whole unit I only purchased one little piece at a time and now Summer's pretty much over when I started ordering this AC unit in July so yeah overall I'm disgusted with the service the sales and the functionality of the AC unit I'm going to get through the summer with it if I can even get it going and I'm probably going to throw it in the trash and get a unit that actually works
I got the Furion Chill 15,000 btu unit to add on as a secondary unit within my RV. However, the vent cover that came blows air straight down and does not allow for directing the flow. This was recommended but it significantly blocks the airflow and causes the AC to freeze. Compared to the original vent, the discharge plate to the vent distributor is restricted.
I will be switching back to the original and look for an aftermarket distributor vent.
Because of low head space, I understand why the low profile but this should have been at least 2" taller or more surface area to allow discharge of cold air.
Air distribution box worked great!! More air through my air ducts, and very easy to install!! The led lights are great and the kids love it!! Like to thank Jennifer with etrailer for the excellent service and professional help!!
Quick delivery and easy to install.
The LEDs have very harsh colors. If laying in bed with them on it hurts your eyes after while. The vent shutters are hard to open and close and get them straight. It just not a easy product to use. Intake vents with the mesh screen should be bigger, they clog up within a couple weeks.
Ordered because of the LED option for lighting. Disappointed that it will not work unless you purchase the thermostat to go with it. Now I have a useless string of LED lights that I can't use. Wasn't explained on the site when ordered.
Fast and safe shipping
The item arrived in excellent condition (double-boxed). Instructions were very good although some pictures of details lacked clarity and resolution. Only downside was phone rep failed to point out that it’s not compatible with Dometic controller (buying in same order A/C for Dometic replacement). No photos yet...problem with as-received A/C.

Great! Following my minor repairs, it has worked flawlessly.
Super easy install.
Be super careful when you open this box. It has a steel plate that looks like it's attached to this air distribution box, but it's not. This thing dropped on my foot and I got to see what my tendons look like. They're white. Like, really, really white. I still have a big purple scar and it was a year ago. It works well, the filters work well, I just wish I could buy more filters in case these ever go bad. I looked a year ago all over and could not find them then. I haven't looked recently. The multi-color lights are great for evenings. Not too bright, just enough to find your way around the room fine. I love this whole system though. I will mention though, there's a lot of air going through it so it's loud.
Air distribution blows much more air out the rear of the unit than the front. Since the placement on my Sprinter roof is near the rear, the unit blows most of the cold air into the bath area and very little towards the front where the windshield/windows create the most heat. My old ac unit blew equally in both directions. I never thought about which way the air might blow out of the distribution box or I would not have purchased this unit.
The air distribution box installation was easy. All the parts needed come included.
If you are upgrading from a Coleman Mach unit, you will need to order the furrion power supply and furrion thermostat in order to operate the LED functions (on/off, colors).
Wish it came with controller for wires too, just another expense they get you on

RECEIVED PRODUCTS I ORDERED YESTERDAY. COMMUNICATION WAS GREAT. I REALLY ENJOYED SEEING A FACE WITH EACH EMAIL. MUCH MORE PERSONAL THAN THE USUAL COMPUTER GENERATED RESPONSE. LIKE THE WAY THE PRODUCT LOOKS, BUT WILL NOT BE ABLE TO HAVE IT INSTALLED FOR A WEEK OR SO. HOPING IT WORKS GREAT & DOES WHAT WE NEED IT TO DO.

The temperature sensor is installed in the ac unit air box which causes the set temperature to never be reached. I would have bought a Coleman if I knew.
Unit installs easily and looks great. No problems with the packaging or shipping, no damage to any of the items in the box.
