Thule ProBar Evos let you create a heavy-duty, extended-length aftermarket roof rack for your vehicle. The extra-long design lets you carry more gear than standard crossbars. T-slots on the tops and sides of the bars provide multiple locations for installing channel-mounted carriers and accessories. This is perfect for contractors and recreational enthusiasts who need to carry a multitude of accessories on their roof. The bars are constructed of aluminum with internal BoxBeam structures that make them extremely durable yet lightweight. The ProBar Evos require a Thule foot pack to mount the rack to your roof. Some vehicles - such as those with a naked roof - may also require a vehicle-specific fit kit .
Tri-Slot Design
The tri-slot design lets you carry channel-mount accessories on the tops and sides of the bars. Big vacationers can carry kayaks and luggage, overland campers can attach an awning, contractors can carry multiple ladders - the applications for this roof rack are endless.
T-slots on the tops of the ProBar Evos let you mount carriers, awnings, and other channel-mounted accessories. Rubber strips are included for the top T-slots. These strips help keep out water and road grime, reduce road noise, and give the bars a finished, professional look.
T-slots on the sides of the bars let you mount eye hooks, baskets, lights, and other contracting or recreational accessories.
The T-slots on the bottoms of the bars are where you mount your Thule feet. Simply remove the endcaps to slide in your feet, and replace the endcaps when you're done.
The bars are also compatible with most bike, water, snow, and cargo carriers, and other accessories that clamp around your roof rack bars.
Strong, Durable Construction
The ProBar Evo crossbars are made of anodized aluminum with internal BoxBeam structures. These structures strengthen the bars without significantly increasing their weight. Additionally, because the bars are aluminum, they won't rust or corrode so you can leave them on your roof year-round.
The bars have plastic endcaps that help keep out water and road debris, and they give the bars a finished look.
Hassle-Free Installation
Installation of the ProBar Evos is quick and easy, and you don't have to do any drilling or vehicle modification. There are bottom T-slots that run the entire length of the bars. Simply insert each foot's mounting nut into the T-slot and slide it to the location noted in the manual included with your vehicle-specific fit kit.
For applications that don't require specific measurements provided in a fit kit manual - such as a raised rail - you can center the rack after you place it on your vehicle using a tape measure.
To complete installation on your roof simply tighten a single screw inside each foot using the torque tool included with the foot pack. This single attachment point enables you to secure the crossbar to the foot and the foot to your roof simultaneously.

Beware of purchases from Etrailer...they offer no returns on opened products. So might say well you could just use and return it...true, but in this case the wind noise is horrific on my Jeep Wrangler and made a two hour ride nearly unbearable. The Thule product is clamps well, although I would prefer to see more paint protection the outer clamps.

This feet are the defacto choice if you have the Sky one touch roof on your Jeep (as I do) these give you the requisite clearance to be able to fully open the top while crossbars are installed. Super easy to install, easy to turn knobs to make quick on jeep adjustments and then lock into position. Very robust rubber covers on all jeep contact points.

After 1 year and several camping trips carrying 2 kayaks and towing a 5'er crossbars have performed wonderfully. Added the Thule Hullavator to help load the heavy Hobie. Great purchase.

Overall they do a pretty good job. However, there is no protection on the bracket portion that attaches to the rain gutters. If you are not super careful you can easily scratch the paint job on the car when installing or removing the racks.

Difficult to find but etrailer had it !!
Price was fair and was delivered on time.
Box was taped up eight ways from Sunday.
Had obviously been opened/closed several times (returns?)
None of which was disappointing except:
The product was scratched up - obviously had been installed AND USED for a while!!

Etrailer experts confirmed that these 8 inch Rapid Gutter Feet with Thule Aero Bars fit my 2023 Wrangler 4XE with the Sky One Touch roof system. The rack looks great, fits perfectly, and the canvas roof passes underneath cleanly. Wind noise with the aero bars is pretty decent for a Jeep.

- That's strange, it shouldn't be too complicated to get those feet tightened. I'd suggest try holding the head of the bolt in place while you're tightening the knob to prevent the bolt from spinning.

- To clear the OneTouch Skytop on your 2020 Jeep Wrangler you'll need these 8" tall gutters # TH33ZR. Then you can use either the Wingbar # TH711520 or something smaller like the Thule Probar Evo # TH713600. I'm not sure how your specific light mounts. If it wraps around the crossbar any of these would work, but if you want to install it using a t-bolt like # 853-0782 both crossbars have a slot at the top to do so.

You could always use a fairing like, part # TH22WV to prevent some of that wind noise. As for the returns policy, its only if the product has been installed that we can not accept the return.
