Just what I needed for dual hitch and like keys.

Roadmaster Dual Hitch Receiver Adapter with 2" or 6" Drop/Rise
Worked out great for my family bike adventure. Traveled with that setup over 1000 miles and it was easy drive. I had cargo carrier on the bottom and bike rack on top, and with that setup and 4 people on board still plenty of ground clearance 11". Dual hitch is a solid piece of steel that can carry a lot of lbs. Just don't overload max. tong weight, need some room for safety!
This adapter design was exactly what I was looking for. I often carry 4 or more bikes with my Sylvan GO. The pictures show how I configured my setup. Its perfect!!! And yes, I have to be a little careful on really tight turns but its never been an issue. Thank you George and the etrailer team.

Roadmaster Dual Hitch Receiver Adapter, 2" or 10" Drop/Rise
Great product
I love the product not just for the obvious reasons such as it’s extremely durable and well made for safety but specifically for length of the arm. The arm length is just long enough to clear my hitch rack walls, which allowed me to plug in my bike rack. I would certainly recommend this product to others. I haven’t seen any marketing for this specific use case so have at it.

Roadmaster Dual Hitch Receiver Adapter, 2 " or 8" Drop/Rise
I ordered this to adapt my bike rack to my hitch while I flat towed my car with a Blue Ox Aventa tow bar. I was concerned about turn radius and I stumped the etrailer customer service. I ended up with about 18” of clearance and 47” from the adapter to car. I feel it is sufficient.
Perfect for my application.

Roadmaster Dual Hitch Receiver Adapter for Tow Bars - 2" Hitches - 2-1/4" Rise/Drop
Beefy. I have no doubts of the capacity of either side of this hitch adapter, there's plenty of weld to hold it all together. Very few options will provide minimal drop (for an off-road trailer) and minimal rise on the other side for an additional bike rack or cargo carrier. Jeeps are tough since you need to be able to open the gate. This one clears no problem. My spare is up on a slant back carrier, but I think the stock spare should clear as well. Get you a "Trimax THC200 Universal Anti-Rattle Clamp Fits 2" Hitch" and this thing is solid as stone.
The hitch has held up over Alaskan roads towing a jeep, but it does not sit level in the receiver so the tiny little bit that it sags is exaggerated when the tow bar is connected. Paint starting to peel with wear after a year.

Roadmaster High Low Adapter for Tow Bars - 2-1/2" Hitches - 4" Rise/Drop - 10K GTW
It extrudes to far out with the setup that I have making the trailer lights cord to short to plug up. But your product looks great
Just as advertised and what I need to to the jeep at the correct angle
