The Gen-Y Hitch Shock Absorbing 5th Wheel to Gooseneck Pin Box # GY58FR would be the correct pin box to fit your 2020 Keystone Impact 415 Toy Hauler that has a 1621 pin box. This Gen-Y is rated for a maximum trailer weight of 30,000lbs and a tongue weight of 2,000-4,500lbs.
Do understand that the Gen-Y is not a pin box that is approved by Lippert for your frame and will void any chassis warranty that you may have on your Impact. For an approved option you can use the Reese Goose Box #... view full answer...
The 12-Volt Motor Kit for Ram Landing Gear # LG-142178 should work as a replacement for your Atwood jack. These motors are fairly interchangeable. The issue you are finding is that Atwood was bought by Lippert and their products have been discontinued, so you can't find exact replacement parts.
My recommendation is to replace your jack with the Lippert Electric Trailer Jack with Footplate - A-Frame - 18" Lift - 3,500 lbs - Black # LC285318 instead of repairing the older one. This... view full answer...
Thank you for the information and photo! I was able to determine that you have a 1621 SHD (super heavy duty) pin box rated for 21K.
The Gen-Y equivalent is found as part # GY68GR for a 4.5K tongue weight or part # GY46FR for a 5.5K tongue weight. While these are excellent replacement options in and of themselves, if the clearance issue is between the cab on your 2021 GMC Denali and the box on the 5th wheel trailer we'll need to go with the MORryde Cushioned 5th Wheel Pin Box # MR24VR instead... view full answer...
We do carry the replacement latch for the RC Manufacturing T-Series Trailer Tongue Toolbox # 350980 that you referenced. It is listed as part # 3W-461-545-SSL-EP on our site.
This has the latch, seal, rivets, and new keys. view full answer...
MaxxTow unfortunately doesn't offer replacement keys. If the box is locked, your best bet would be to drill out the lock and replace it with something like # UWSLOCKCH509. You will need to remove the cam lever from the existing lock and install it on the replacement in order for the latch to line up correctly. view full answer...
Typically these types of trailers will use a flexible line like the Kodiak # bh-3mfs-1-5 inside the removable or folding tongue. You will need to measure the length of hose needed as this line is 18" overall with 3/16" fittings. Please let me know if you need a longer or shorter length or have different fitting sizes as I have no way to know what Four Winns put on your trailer. The same goes for the wiring harness. I need to know if the wiring goes to a junction box or if they use push... view full answer...
The part you referenced, Stromberg-Carlson Motor and Switch Kit for Landing Gear # LG-217884, is for
converting Stromberg-Carlson manual landing gear to powered, or to replace the motor and switch on their # LG-1 electric landing gear. It is not suitable as a replacement motor for a tongue jack.
My contact at Lippert advises that they do not offer a replacement motor for their powered tongue jacks. These units are not user-serviceable except for exterior components such as power switches... view full answer...

Aside from making sure your 2018 Keystone Montana is loaded properly (tongue weight should be about 20% of the weight of the loaded trailed) the one thing that I recommend upgrading is your pin box. The Rota-Flex pins boxes are an upgrade from OEM pin boxes but they are definitely not the best solution out there.
Although it is impossible to get rid of the feeling of a trailer behind your 2018 Chevrolet Silverado 3500 100% the Reese 5th Airborne Premium pin boxes to an excellent job. They... view full answer...

If you are speaking of the gearbox cover or cap on the top of the jack that is secured by four screws, the replacement is part # F500135.
If you are speaking of the black plastic piece below that cover that wraps around the jack with the hole for the jack handle to pass through, this piece is unfortunately not available as a replacement. view full answer...
You will need to cut that off of your 2001 Cobalt 240 to replace the actuator since there are no replacements that will fit. I recommend welding on a straight tongue so you can use a bolt-on actuator like the Dexter Zinc-Plated Brake Actuator # T4747200. This is made for disc brakes and has the same 8,000 lb rating you currently have. view full answer...
The Lippert Turning Point pin box has a very unique bolt pattern and there is only one pin box that can be used as a replacement for that; the Gen-Y Gooseneck pin box:
- Gen-Y Hitch Shock Absorbing 5th Wheel to Gooseneck Pin Box # GY48GR
This changes the connection point on the truck to a gooseneck so you need a gooseneck hitch and hitch ball to make this happen. The Gen-Y doesn't use air ride but it does use a shock-absorbing system that does a fantastic job at providing a comfortable... view full answer...
I had a couple of our couplers measured, but the Bulldog Cast Head Coupler w/ Wedge Latch - 2-5/16" Ball - Adjustable Channel - 14,000 lbs # BDA256C0317 ended up being the longest one we currently carry. We do have the Brophy Hitch Reducer and Extender - 2-1/2" to 2" Trailer Hitch - 7" Long # HR26, but the use of extenders like this will reduce your tongue weight, up to 1/3 in this case.
If you need something longer, you could also go with the Brophy Hitch Extender for 2" Trailer Hitches... view full answer...

While it certainly is possible to replace the aluminum tongue on your trailer with a galvanized tongue, we do not carry any kind of parts or adapters for this purpose. So all of this is provided you have a fabricator that is able to do that kind of work. The main concern there is the risk excessive corrosion, due to the contact of dissimilar metals, which can cause problems in the long run. In this case there is really no way around this, so it will ultimately be up to you to decide is... view full answer...
The best way to pick out a weight distribution system is to base it off of the loaded tongue weight of the setup when it is loaded and ready to tow. This figure also includes the weight of any cargo behind the rear axle of the tow vehicle. I attached a help article on determining tongue weight for you to check out as well. You will want the loaded tongue weight of your setup to fall right in the middle of the tongue weight range of the system you use.
So based on that you would want the... view full answer...
In terms of capability the Dexter DX7.5L A-60 Brake Actuator w Electric Lockout - Bolt On - Disc - 2" Ball - Zinc - 7.5K # DX89FR is a good replacement option. The problem is the design of your old TDE LP7000 which was installed inside the tongue of the trailer.
The # DX89FR and others like it fit standard 3" wide trailer tongues. The actual inside dimension will be 3-1/8" to be able to go over the 3" tongue. With that 3-3/8" measurement you will not be able to fit a replacement actuator... view full answer...
