The original Thule 963 Spare Me bike carrier did not work on the 2006 to 2010 Toyota RAV4 because of mounting limitations with the original mounting plate like you have said.

If you have the Fulton Hi-Mount Spare Tire Carrier part # FSTC1000301 then yes, you can use the Replacement Mounting Hardware for Fulton Jacks part # F500286 as they both use the same hardware and brackets. The kit will allow you to install the carrier on a frame size up to 3" x 5".

Trailers do not have a donut type of spare available as an option. Trailer tires are built differently than passenger vehicle tires. They are made with a thicker sidewall to handle more vertical load. A donut would not be sufficient. You would just use the same size tire and wheel as a spare as what is already on the trailer. In this case use an ST175/80R13 tire.

Unfortunately a 7.00x15 tire is going to be about 1" larger in diameter compared to a ST225/75r15 tire, and you really can't run tires of 2 different sizes without creating issues that will surface with long term use; namely uneven tire wear and the potential for another blowout.

Thank you for the photo with all of your tire info on it. For your spare, I don't have any black wheels that already have a tire mounted. If you'd like to keep with your black wheel theme then I recommend the same tire as part # AM10235 with the Dexstar Steel Spoke Wheel # AM20353. These won't come mounted together but any tire shop can easily do this for you.

We do have some tire/wheel combos that use an 8" diameter x 3-3/4" wide wheel with a 5-bolt pattern and for that I recommend the Kenda 4.80/4.00-8 Bias Tire # AM30070 which comes with a galvanized wheel that will do better to resist rust and corrosion. This tire is a larger Load Range C which means it can handle 760 lbs at 90 psi. You just need to make sure that this tire size and load range match what you currently have otherwise your trailer will eventually develop a poor ride quality... view full answer...
Unfortunately, the only parts sold separately from the Bumper Mounted Tire Carrier # TR-1 are replacement bumper mount u-bolts # TR-2200 and the replacement bolts # 2109 for securing the tire to the carrier. You would have to buy the whole carrier to get the little rectangular piece that clamps down on the wheel to secure it.

The closest replacement tire size we have for your existing 185/75R14 tire is going to be a 205/75-14, like the Kenda Tire and Wheel # AM3S440. You would need to measure on your trailer to see if you will have room to mount this tire. The overall diameter of this size tire is 26.3 inches, and the width is 7.8 inches. The load capacity of the # AM3S440 is 1,760 lbs at 50 PSI.

Since you'll be dealing with a marine environment, I'd recommend using a galvanized wheel. I'm assuming your existing wheels have a 5 on 4-1/2 inch bolt pattern.
If a load range C tire (1100 lb capacity per tire) capacity is sufficient, the # AM3H400 wheel/tire combo would be work well for you. If you need a heavier weight rating, go with # AM3H440 which is a D rated tire with a 1330 lb per tire rating.
