Question:

hello. looking for help. I need a spare tire/wheel and a mount for it to attach to my Load rite trailer. 8x 3.75 rims. I will be driving on highways with it. long distance. 5 lugs. let me know if you need any other info. Thank you.

We do have some tire/wheel combos that use an 8" diameter x 3-3/4" wide wheel with a 5-bolt pattern and for that I recommend the Kenda 4.80/4.00-8 Bias Tire # AM30070 which comes with a galvanized wheel that will do better to resist rust and corrosion. This tire is a larger Load Range C which means it can handle 760 lbs at 90 psi. You just need to make sure that this tire size and load range match what you currently have otherwise your trailer will eventually develop a poor ride quality due to uneven tire wear.

To mount this to your trailer you can use something like the Fulton Hi-Mount Spare Tire Carrier # FSTC1000301 which fits trailer tongues up to 3" wide x 4" high.
