You could potentially mount a trailer tongue toolbox like the White Buyers Products # 3371701679 to a pole tongue like what's on your Lees-ure Lite Camper but it's going to require some custom/fabricated brackets. The 12 volt power circuit of your 7-way would not be able to charge a dead trailer battery, but it can put a light maintenance charge on it so that it stays topped off while you are travelling. The circuit is most likely protected by a 40 amp fuse, but that does not mean that it can provide 40 amps of charging power to your battery. I also showed them the picture you sent in and they said they weren't able to give directions on how it should be wired or installed as it's not one of their pumps.
