In a Ventline RV range hood such as # S0721-20BD-F-1 you will want to remove the grease filter to access the damaged motor to install a replacement like # BVD0278-00 which uses AC power or # BVD0218-00-R which uses DC power. Of course, make sure power is disconnected.

Thank you for the purchase! Since your steps are operating backwards, the issue is likely the reverse polarity of the motor. What you should do is try reversing the red and yellow wires to reverse the functions so the steps aren't out.

The monitor light for the Roadmaster InvisiBrake Supplemental Braking System # RM-8700 would need to be grounded to the chassis of the motorhome. The LED light and audio signal will both have a wire to run down to the chassis and another wire to run over to the towed vehicle to connect to the cold side of the brake light switch. Unfortunately, your RV information does not indicate what vents/screens that you would have. That being said, 14"x14" vents are significantly more common than 13"x13". The replacement screens that we carry, like the Replacement Screen Frame with Screen # BVC0573-32 which fits the Ventline Ventadome Roof Vent # V2119-603-00 fit inside a 14"x14" roof vent, the screen itself is not 14"x14".

Your 2019 Thor Four Winds 24E Motorhome is built on a Ford E-450 chassis so the plug you're going to need will be located behind the storage (coin) compartment above the radio (see attached).
If you don't already have a brake controller I highly recommend the Prodigy P3 # 90195 which will connect to that plug using the Adapter # 3034-P. I really like the P3 because it has an LCD screen that communicates directly what is going on with minimal codes.

To have the back-up camera on and switch to the side cameras when you use your turn signals using the Rear View Safety Backup Camera System # RVS-062710, you will want to wire the back-up camera to the running lights and then run the side cameras to the turn signals using the trigger wires.

If you're installing the Advent Air RV Air Conditioner System # ADV94FR as a second unit that's completely separate you'd most likely only need to purchase some wiring to go from the controller to wherever you plan on mounting the thermostat and just some electrical connectors to complete your connections.
