Hey Joseph,
This soft start, # SSR64FR, is great for running an AC unit on either a 30 amp or 50 amp hookup. So you are going to be able to do just what you are wanting. This soft start is going to reduce the startup current by 50% which is why it is great especially for running both 13,500-15,000 AC units.
What trailer or RV do you have these AC units on? view full answer...
Hello Gary. It looks like the Curt Class 3 Hitch # C37RV for the 2024 Hyundai Santa Fe is still in production. As of right now (4/19/24) we are expecting them to be available by early-mid July. They are currently available for pre-order if you want to get your name on the waiting list. The 2023 model did use the same hitch for hybrid and non-hybrid models and this SHOULD be the case for the 2024 models, although this has not yet been confirmed by the manufacturer. We will know for sure... view full answer...

Do you only have the OneControl touchscreen inside your trailer or do you also have a separate controller on the outside or in an exterior compartment? You should have a controller that looks like either the # LC421484 or # LC74FR. If not can you send me a picture of the control module you currently have and any part/serial numbers it has listed on it? view full answer...

Hey Dave,
RockyMounts has another company make the RM030 for them and stated that it's only available for the AU market and not the US. What bike rack do you have? I might be able to find a workaround but will need to know what the rack is to see what could potentially fit. view full answer...

Hi John; we have several different Advent Air systems that are compatible with your Carrier setup. The one thing you need to do is make sure that the control box is not built into the existing AC. As long as it is on the air distribution box it will work. We have the standard unit and the new low profile models available. They all come with the star capacitor, and the heat strip # ACMHD is available separately. You can choose from the following:

Hello Lance, thanks for reaching out. When replacing shackle straps and equalizers, the replacement parts must be identical in size to the original. Since your current shackles are 3.5" long, you will NOT be able to use the 2-1/4" shackles that come with the # K71-449-00 kit. There is a small amount of tolerance, like 1/2" or less, but a 1-1/4" difference is way too much and this would throw your suspension out of alignment.
We do have parts that will still work for you. We have a 3.5"... view full answer...

Hello John, we can definitely get you some replacement keys for your Lockrack Surfboard Rack # LR59FR. Unfortunately the plastic cover piece is not something that is available separately.
As far as the keys this rack can come with several possible keys. You still have two of the keys right? The key itself will have a number stamped on it, so if you can double check that number, we can make sure you get the correct keys. The following key codes are available:

Hey Adam, we have the replacement SE2 cap sensor part # TST47FR that will work with what you have and is pretty small so it wouldn't stick out far enough to cause you any issues or problems with curbs. These are sold individually too so you wouldn't have to order more than you'd need. How do you like the TST system so far? view full answer...
Hey Art, we can help but we don't have a ball mount that has the ball pre-installed and torqued in the configuration you are wanting. So you would want to start with a ball mount that has a 4 inch rise like the TowSmart # TS78FR and then add a 2 inch ball to it with the part # 40038 and you'd have what you are looking for. view full answer...
Hello Joe. I can definitely help get you set up with Torklift Camper Tie Downs for your 2020 Ford F350. Does your truck have a trailer hitch installed on the back? If so, was it installed from the factory or aftermarket? Let me know because that will determine the correct rear tie downs. The # TLF2022 front tie downs will be correct for your truck. The rear tie downs will be determined by the type of trailer hitch on your truck.
The # TLR3500 are for trucks with a non-Torklift brand aftermarket... view full answer...
