When I was comparing some pictures of the F Sport it looks like the rear bumper has the same dimensions as the 2020 Lexus NX 300 Base with the main difference being that the lower part of the bumper has a chrome-like finish instead of the black finish.

Due to the location of the sensors every trailer hitch is going to impede their ability to sense your foot. That being said, the functionality will still be there, you'll just need to wave your foot around on either side of the Curt Trailer Hitch # C13337 receiver tube to find the sweet spot for the sensors.

I checked with Titan and their Snow Tire Chains item # TC1555 you referenced do fit your 225/60 R18 tire size and are a solid affordable option. Size wise, I see no difference in these and some of our other recommendations like item # TH01594245 that are confirmed to fit the same vehicle and tire size.
You will want to check with your owner's manual to confirm you can use these S class chains on your 2021 Lexus NX 300.

We have a few options for your 2017 Lexus NX (300h or Turbo) but when it comes to something that's easy to install and remove I recommend going with a hitch mount bike rack. There are some trunk mount options like the Saris Bones EX # SAR83FR but you have to install it each time you go to use it and it will be a little trickier to install than a hitch mount rack.
