Hi, I have a 2021 Lexus NX300 and it has the rear door kick to open sensor. Will this hitch impact the function of this feature?

Hey David,

Due to the location of the sensors every trailer hitch is going to impede their ability to sense your foot. That being said, the functionality will still be there, you'll just need to wave your foot around on either side of the Curt Trailer Hitch # C13337 receiver tube to find the sweet spot for the sensors.

If you plan on towing a trailer or adding lights to a bike rack or cargo carrier then you'll also want to pick up the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness # 118652. This comes with plug-in connectors that tee into your tail light wiring for a fast and easy installation.
