So starting with the question about weight, since you have 5,200 lb axles, go with the 5,300 lb leaf springs, or even 6,000 lb leaf springs would be okay, but I do not recommend going with springs rated less than the axle capacity. The number of springs doesn't come into play, the capacity is what really matters. As for fit, we don't have a way of knowing what leaf springs are on any trailer - the same goes for the equalizer - so you'll need to do some measuring.

Each of the Furrion tankless water heaters measure 12-5/8" wide x 12-5/8" tall x 19-1/4" deep, so that is the size the compartment needs to be. As for the door, there may be trimming needed, depending on the size of the door you have now and the heater you get. Generally some type of trimming is needed as the doors on different models aren't universal sizes. When installing one of these kits you'll most likely need to get longer U-bolts since there typically aren't enough threads to accommodate the additional mounting brackets.
