Hello neighbors, I'm Steven. Today, we're looking at our 15-inch black Scrubblade. It's a hybrid style windshield wiper. Now this all-weather hybrid style wiper does have dual blades. It's going to help provide crystal clear visibility in the rain, snow, sleet, whatever comes your way. The outer blade here is going to scrub away mud, bugs, and road grime while that inner blade on the back there is going to help clear away remaining water, debris, that kind of stuff.
Now zooming in here, you can see those little triangle raised portions on the blade itself. That's their patented scrubbers and they're on both sides on the outside of the blade. And those are going to cut through the tough road grime, bugs, that kind of stuff. Now one thing to point out here while I'm zoomed in, you can see how easy that blade moves. That's a silicone blade, not rubber, and it's got a nice ceramic coating that's going to ensure a much quieter, chatter-free operation than your standard blades that are out there.
Now, that also will help them stand up to heat and UV rays as well. Now the top here is rubber coated all the way across. That's going to help with wind lift. It's going to keep it nice and tight, low profile on the windshield, and it does contour to the shape of any window out there. Installation's pretty simple.
Open up the little tab here. It comes with the standard J-style arm connection, but you do have four different options. Match up them according to the installation instructions that come with it. Make sure you match up your arm style with the correct one. Well folks, that's going to do it for our look at this 15-inch hybrid silicone blade by Scrubblade.

These wipers are great. They leave no streaks and the red pops. These are my second pair. I get a lot of compliments.
Within 2 months, the mount of the passenger side blade snapped off the blade. Contacted eTrailer and manufacturer; indicated may have been bad blade. Ordered a replacement and exact same thing happened. Of course at the most inopportune time! Liked the concept but construction doesn't support.
They hold up very well, but I don't think they keep the window as clean as a conventional wiper blade. I only installed one Scrubblade and new regular type blade from Costco. The scrub blade doesn't keep the window as clean as the regular blade in slushy ice and snow nor in the Oregon rain after a few months. My guess is however the scubblade with outlast the regular blade 3 to 1 and do an "OK" job. The scrub blade is however, a piece of cake to install. It's very well engineered compared to the typical blade. Note: I am a clean nut!
did not hold up well in miami area. only lasted about 2 months..BUT they looked Good !!
Seems like they are better than stock. Haven't used them in rain/snow yet so will update once I have the opportunity.

These were easy to add and I quickly saw some benefit in a recent rain where they helps "srub off" some bug splatter. They did not immediately remove it, but through out a 45 min drive and light rain I saw a significant improvement at the end of my trip.
I did not need the red color and originally wanted normal black scrubblades but they do fit with my black and white rubicon really nice given red trim highlights.

I didn't know they were a Rain-X covered wiper blade. They wipe good except they have to be extra wet to stop the squeaking and they leave a film on there which if there's any moisture on the windshield and you go underneath of a street light it makes it harder to see

Plugged my vehicle year make and model into the website, was given the sze that would supposedly fit and I was given two of the same size. So apparently these guys don’t j kw how wiper blades work and that you need two different sizes.

Best wipers I've ever had. Three relatives with same vehicle so I bought a pair for each of them. Worth the money
They fit quite well on my F150 Lightning. The j hook didn't need any of the adapters making it a 2 minute job to install. I'm not sure about the "scrubbing" but the wipers do a good job with water. I've only had them installed for a week, so longevity is yet to be seen.
I do like the blue wiper color as an accent for the Lightning.
I haven't had a chance to use them driving in the rain yet but they work great in the drive through car wash getting the bugs off of the windshield. I bought the red option. Goes great with my red exterior paint. They snapped on just as easy as the OEM blades came off. Took me about 2 minutes to install. Time will tell on how well they hold up in this West Texas heat. If they do and continue to perform well, I will be a return customer.
I had never heard of this brand of wiper blade before and have been pleasantly surprised. They are quiet, smooth, and, most importantly, get the job done.
