One bad bump while loading is all it takes. This headache rack sits between your load and the cab, while giving ramps, tools, and extra gear a place to ride up front.
Loading an ATV, UTV, or other equipment takes some attention, especially when the cab is sitting right in front of it. This headache rack adds some separation between the load and the truck, helping prevent expensive contact while you're loading and unloading.
The area between the rack and the cab is a great place for ramps, tools, gas cans, and other gear that normally ends up sliding around the bed. Keeping that stuff up front leaves more room around the equipment and makes it easier to keep things organized.
Not every trip needs the same bed setup. The spacer system gives you 3" or 9" depth options, and the wire lock clevis pins let you install or remove the rack without tools when your hauling plans change.
The rack attaches directly to Z-TRAK and standard E-Track systems, making it easy to add another layer of functionality without rebuilding your existing setup.

Hi everyone. Steven here with etrailer. Today we're taking a look at the Z-TRAK Truck Bed Headache Rack. So folks, when you're loading those ATVs, UTVs and other equipment, dirt bikes, whatever, you're getting to take some attention obviously and be careful when you're getting close to the cab. A lot of times this stuff is sitting right against your cab and obviously we have that glass right there, right So this Headache Rack will attach to any Z-TRAK or E-Track track rail. And basically what you're going to get when you attach that there is you're going to get this bump out and this headache bar.
So now when I'm loading my truck, the wheels would hit this or the front frame would hit this instead of hitting the front cab of the truck and potentially hitting the glass. So some of those bull bars, brush guards, bumpers, whatever, they stick out a lot farther than the wheel base obviously, and we don't want them hitting the glass and potentially causing expensive repairs and stuff. And what I like about this is you get three inch spacers and nine inch spacers, both included in the kit. So it's very easy to take this off too once I have it installed. I just have a simple pull pin here.
I can remove that. And then obviously if I didn't want to have this in front, I could just take that off and that would be the end of it. Or I could take this off of the E-Track/Z-Track, but I could swap this out if I need to for the longer bump out, that nine inch bump out instead. And I just have these loosely fitted together, that's why it's spinning. Obviously you would tighten that down with a socket.
But again, you get the picture, right So this is going to be protecting, again, that glass, that front area, whenever it's installed. And then again, because it is E-Track/Z-Track compatible, I can simply pull it off when I'm not using it and store it somewhere else safe out of the way. And then I got my truck bed back. So very nice little unit. Again, you do get the nine inch spacers and the three inch spacers included.
It's all heavy duty steel and it's been powder coated in black. So you don't have to worry about rust or corrosion anytime soon. Folks, that's going to wrap up our (indistinct) together. Again, the Z-Track/E-Track rails are sold separately. I'm Steven. Thanks for watching.
