This is a great product. I will say I ran into some streaking issues about 6 months in but I'm still giving 5 stars because I should have gotten the heavy duty. The bugs in the south are just a little too much for the platinum long term. But I'm going to be sticking with the brand! Before the bugpocalypse these worked perfect and were easy to install.
The wipers work well yet they steak som etimes.

I've only had them for a short time. But, they work so much better than my old wipers, even on their best day. If you're tired of the streaks, these should do the trick.

After a year they are still working as they did when I first installed them. I often run my wipers once just to get my windows a nice cleaning before heading out.
I just got my new wiper blade and got it installed .. I have not had time to try it out yet but it looks like it will work just fine.. Your directions were good but the biggest problem I had was getting the original one off you didn’t have any information on that !!

the clip that holds the blade onto the wiper arm keeps coming loose and occasionally the blade will fall off. after several months, the blade left a lot of moisture streaks. I will not ever purchase these blades again.

My Toyota Tundra takes a different blade attachment style that I've never encountered before. It took a while to figure it out, but the proper parts were included in the package! Thanks! I havent driven the pickup since I installed the new wipers...
Unfortunately I didn’t like them. I had great expectations but they just didn’t work for me. They really didn’t remove the bugs from the windshield and didn’t remove rain that well either. I removed them and replace them with a standard wiper after just a few months.
These wipers work great. Got them just in time for a snowstorm and they kept the window clear and did not freeze up at all. Very easy to install as they supply all the different connection parts for different types of wiper arms.
Bought a set for my Tacoma pick up and one for the wife's Forrester, love these. Only wish they sold the shorter one for the rear window of the Subaru as it would've put my total into the FREE SHIPPING category!
Don’t buy it. It’ll fail you when you need it the most. Like it did me during an ice storm. Whole thing snapped off. Haven’t even had them on for a month. eTrailer didn’t care since they already have my money. “Per our return policy, we are not able to issue a reshipment on installed and used items.” Shame on you eTrailer. Sent the same message to Scrubblade too. No response.
This is a great business to deal with. Number one in customer service and wonderful communication. I highly recommend anyone that needs the produces they carry to use them over any others. Even if the cost is slightly more from here, which I doubt because etrailer is very competitive in their prices, it’s worth the extra to use etrailer. Peace of mind knowing you’ll get great care if the need arrives.
Most products I've gotten from etrailer have been great, up until this product. The adapter attachment did not work for putting it onto the subaru. This made them worthless, so I ended up going to the local subaru dealer and getting wiper blades for the same cost. I was able to make the other wipers I purchased for the Durango work, but the "scrubblade" itself does not appear to do any better than a typical wiper blade. Thumbs down on this product.

Wish I could rate it higher. Seems like a very good concept for a windshield wiper that would really clean the windshield, but the mounting adapter does not properly fit my Subaru.

It never worked out, because the mounting adapter did not properly fit my Subaru, as I said in the first place.
They wear out and start streaking after just a few months.
So far after installation all is well, works as it should, no complaints

While it dis hold up ok, i did notice that the middle part of the blade is arched ever so slightly that sometimes it leaves a streak.
These wiper blades are far better than anything my Hyundai has had since I bought it. Even better are the videos which make installation a snap. I almost freaked out when all the parts came tumbling out of the package but calmed down quickly after watching the well made video. Yes my car is filthy after getting a unexpected God given bath a day earlier.
I purchased Scrubblade windshield wipers for my 2021 Subaru Crosstrek and installed them according to the instructions that came in the packaging. They seemed to install correctly and I had no problem with them for over a month. Then one flew off of my car and fortunately I was able to find it. I reinstalled it and a week later it fell off and I ran it over. I then reinstalled it with zip ties because it was damaged by running it over. It does not wipe correctly now because it had to be zip tied on to hold it in place. Then two weeks later the passenger side one disappeared. Turned on the wipers and there was no wiper on the passenger side. Absolutely disgusted with this product. It does not attach to a Subaru even though Etrailer claims it does. For that matter they don’t even work that good. Might as well have bought cheap crap at [another store]. Instead I spent over XX dollars for overpriced garbage that lasted a couple months. Shame on Etrailer for 1) selling garbage and 2) claiming it works on vehicles that it does not. Clearly none of their specialists actually tried to attach them to a Subaru. I will continue buying hitches from Etrailer but that will be it.

A common reason why your windshield wipers might be smearing water is worn wiper blades. Wiper blades are made out of soft rubber, so they inevitably wear out and need replacement over time, most will last from six to 12 months. First, try cleaning your windshield thoroughly – dirt and grime can actually cause this annoying streaking and smearing. If this does not help the streaking then it could be time to replace them.
