Lock up your ATVs, your golf carts, your big travel trailers, or your construction trailers with The Club Tire Claw XL. The first thing I notice right out of the box one we get three keys, but look at these keys. I don't think anybody's gonna be able to pick this. I think that's really cool. And they look really cool as well. You use this to unlock it, which spreads the claw out.
This is gonna work with any tire up to 12 inches wide. So once you put it up here, it clicks in for you. So once it's unlocked and you widen it out you don't have to have those keys anymore. We do have a door here which is much better than just a rubber cover cause those just eventually stretch out. And this is just a nice little door which seals it up nice just to keep it nice and clean.
This is a great way to deter theft. One, it's nice and bright and red. So the whole goal here is just to have these locking devices in place. So the thief walks on past your stuff and maybe goes to somebody else that doesn't have it. So this is gonna prevent your wheel from turning.
If you go all the way up here and they try to back this thing up, it's gonna tear some stuff up, but then once it hits that ground, it's not really gonna go anywhere. It's gotta breakthrough all this steel and it's all made of steel. And even if you did, maybe just forget that it's on there it's not really gonna scratch it up too bad as long as you stop in time cause it does have a powder coated finish but they also dip the ends with rubber. So these wheels, aluminum, they're gonna scratch easy. With this, We don't have to worry about it scratching.
I have messed with all of the wheel locks on our website. Where this one falls, I would definitely say it's my second choice. The reason I say that is I like how it operates. It's very quick and easy to use. It's not gonna scratch my wheels. But the only reason why it's number two on my list is because Trimax does make one that is gonna be a wheel chock as well. So with this, you're gonna need to also chock up your wheels to prevent it from rolling. This right here is only for a theft deterrent. That's the only reason why the Trimax one wins, just because it's the best of both worlds. But this one does operate a lot better. And that's pretty much it, a very simple and easy thing to do to give you peace of mind whenever your stuff is not in sight..

We bought this to use on our rv. It is very easy to use and helps to protect our rv from disappearing in the middle of the night.
No one has stolen our trailer which is a plus. However, it doesn't fit as tight as I would like. It seems to be more of a visible deterrent than one that couldn't be removed with a crowbar. I think this would be a 5 star product if it was more adjustable. It is well made.
Buying a tire claw lock from etrailer.com was a painless and easy transaction. My lock arrived on time and was very well packaged.
I really like this. It makes me feel more secure about my boat that I have a lot of money into.
Product works good on trailer but not so well on motorcycle with large rear tire and a low tire wall. My bike tire is well (9inches) under the products max usage size but because of the tire wall low height this unit can be slid off tire and rim by simply pushing to the side and slipping it around rim and tire...
Also I bought two and would have liked them both keyed a like but the charge for such a simple task was outrages.
To sum it up I'm Ok with product...

Get the claw! Perfect deterrent
This tire lock is OUTSTANDING. I've had it for more than a year and it looks brand new! It easily fits around the tires on my side-by-side, is rugged and opens/closes smoothly to secure my vehicle.
I love this product, it is perfect for our needs and it the third one we have purchased. The claw is very high quality and provides a quick and convenient way to secure vehicles/trailers. Works well. Serves as a deterrent. Hard to say how effective it would be for a motivated thief to defeat.

Still believe the visual deterrent value is this products best asset.
I love this lock its very easy to use.Just open it and close it around your wheel.It doesn,t matter how you put the key in, it will fit either way.
fits just like i knew it would i feel more comfortable knowing that my trailer is secure.
Good product, good fit, and works well. The lock has never jammed and everything works great on it.
