Hello, Steve here with etrailer.com. Thank you for joining me while we take a look at this Windshield Wiper Blade Hybrid Style 17 Inch and Red. That's right folks, you heard me, it's red. So newest thing coming out these days, you got color windshield wipers. So what's great about the red is you can, you know, have some style to your windshield, to your car. Add that a little extra bit of color, you know, that extra flare if you will.
So a good option to choose. They do work very, very well, actually. It is a double blade. It's an all-weather hybrid style wiper. It's dual blades are gonna provide crystal clear visibility for you on the road, and the outer blade is going to scrub away mud, bugs, that kind of stuff.
Then that secondary blade, that inner blade is gonna clear away any remaining water, debris, that kind of stuff for superior visibility. It does have built-in patented scrubbers, and you can kind of see those on the blade itself there. Those little high dots or triangle shapes there. So those are gonna give you a patented scrubber on each side of the blade. That's gonna help cut through the tough road grime, salt, mud, that kind of stuff.
These blades are silicone blades with a ceramic coating. They're gonna ensure you a quiet, chatter free operation, and they will hold up to heat, UV rays, that kind of stuff. They are rubber covered on the actual frame itself and that's also a low profile frame, so that's gonna help prevent wind lift and that kind of stuff as the wind's going over them as you're traveling down the road. They're very flexible, as you can see. They're gonna fit any contour of any window out there, and they do come with four different attachments, or adapters rather, and you simply put the correct one on according to your style of your arm.

That film could be from a rain repellent on your windshield, but I have confirmed that Scrubblade does not coat their wipers with Rain-X coating. They said that if it is raining, you should use wiper fluid to minimize noise. In a heavy rain, squeaking her and there is normal for any blade; but it should not be constant and loud with each swipe. If you would like to try rotating the wiper 180 degrees when issues like this occur, that can help fix the pressure points and allow the blade to make better contact. All you have to do is rotate the adapter located in the middle of the blade itself. There are two pinch tabs underneath the blade in the middle. Pinch these together and pull up on the adapter and it will come off. Rotate the adapter 180 degrees and reinstall the wiper as you did before.
