Hi, everybody. Andy here with etrailer.com. Let's take a real quick look at these Hellwig Load Pro 15 Load Leveler Helper Springs. Now, these have been specifically designed to fit your 2005 to 2015 Toyota Tacoma, excluding the PreRunner, and on custom fit parts such as these springs I do recommend taking advantage of our vehicle fit guide here at etrailer.com. Simply input the year, make, and model of your vehicle, and our fit guide will confirm if these will work for you or if we have something comparable that will work for you. Now these custom helper springs with the load-leveling capacity of 1,500 pounds are gonna install above your truck's rear factory leaf springs to help reduce sway and body roll while preventing sagging when towing or hauling loads.

They are going to extend the life of your factory suspension, tires, and brakes, and these springs are going to flex with your leaf springs to limit bouncing and provide optimal stability. Now, I do kind of have these loosely assembled, loosely put together, and the orientation that I have this set at, this would be the front of your Tacoma and then this would be the back of the Tacoma, so we're going from rear to front if you kind of can picture that in your mind. Now this is going to be a bolt-on installation above your factory leaf springs as I said, with the included hardware that I'm using here to loosely hold everything together. Now the U-bolts can be adjusted to suit different loads. The driver's and the passenger sides can be adjusted independently for uneven loads.

These springs are made here in the USA of a durable steel construction, so that's going to ensure long-lasting performance, and they do feature a silver vein hammer tone powder coat finish that's gonna help resist rust and corrosion. I do wanna point out that it's not a good idea to install these on vehicles that have a composite or plastic leaf springs. Because these Hellwig springs are so robust, they will fracture or damage those plastic leaf springs, so if you have plastic or composite leaf springs on your truck, this is not going to be good for you. Again, these do have a weight capacity of 1,500 pounds, but these helper springs don't actually increase your vehicle's weight-carrying capacity.
