Hi, everybody, Andy here with etrailer.com. Let's take a real quick look at this pack Brake Alpha HD PRO rear axle, double-convoluted airbag suspension kit with internal jounce bumpers. Now, this kit has been designed fit your 2007 and newer sprinters, the 3,500 and the 45,000 with the dual rear wheel model. And as you can see, it's gonna work with the two wheel and four-wheel drives. Now, I do wanna point out that this is not going to fit the single-rear wheel models and it's not gonna fit the e-sprinter models, and also it's not going to fit models with ride height sensors. Just so you're aware of all that going in.

You'll enter the year, make, and model of your vehicle, and our fit guide will confirm for you if this kit will work or if we have something comparable that will work for you. So as you know, when the load gets heavy, your sprinter is going to need more than just the factory rear springs hanging on for dear life. These airbags are going to add up to 5,000 pounds of rear axle support, keeping your sprinter level and steady, even when the trailer that you're hauling is loaded or the cargo area is packed and the miles are long. With this kit, you're not gonna have to worry about rear-end sag anymore, throwing off your braking and steering, or having your headlights point up, instead of on the road in front of you.

Now, bottoming out doesn't just feel rough, it can wreck your airbags. That's why this system includes jounce bumpers inside of each bag, so that even when the air pressure is low or you have no air pressure, your suspension has a built-in safety net. So as you can see on that cutaway that I have there on your screen, that shows you how that internal jounce bumper is installed inside of that bag. So because of that bumper, you're gonna be able to safely run at zero PSI when unloaded, which means no harsh rebound, just hit smooth factory style ride. So of course, every haul is gonna be different.

That's why these airbags give you a full control over your ride height and firmness with adjustable air pressure from five to 100 PSI, if you're hauling a fifth-wheel trailer or a full bed of gravel, you can crank up that pressure and then when you're unloaded and you're heading home, you can drop that pressure back down, giving you a softer, more comfortable ride. So with the manual inflation valves included, tuning your suspension for that day's work is gonna be very simple and straightforward. And of course, extreme hauling demands extreme durability. These springs are built with one-inch thick corrosion resistant end caps, which you can't see right now because I do have them slightly put together here, installed loosely how they're gonna be installed on your sprinter. But the bags also have 20 internal support wires giving you maximum strength under that heavy load.

Then we have these heavy duty roll plates on the top and the bottom. They're gonna protect the bags from chafing, they're gonna extend their lifespan. And then these powder coated steel brackets are gonna resist rust and corrosion. So they're gonna hold up really well in all weather conditions, all types of road conditions. These precision laser cut brackets are designed to bolt cleanly to your sprinter's existing mounting points. So you're not gonna have to worry about welding or drilling. Just going to install with the included hardware that you see here on my table. And this kit is designed to work with your setup right now or wherever your upgrades may take you tomorrow. You're gonna be able to inflate these bags manually with the standard air valves right out of the box. No extra parts needed, but if you already have an onboard compressor, these connect easily to most existing setups. And then if you're planning for an in-cab wireless controller down the road, that's not gonna be an issue because the foundation is gonna be laid with this kit. So you're gonna be able to expand your control options when you're ready. Now, I did say that this does give you that load support of up to 5,000 pounds, but I do wanna make you aware of the fact that this will not actually increase your sprinter's weight carrying capacity. So you wanna make sure that you're not exceeding your manufacturer's recommended weight limit.
