  From what I could find it looks like your 122R (red) and 122Y (amber) lights measure 3.75" x 1.70" x .81". We don't have any replacement lense directly for the GLO-BRITE lights but we do have some similar lights that you could use as replacements. I recommend checking out the Command LED lights # 328-K-51 for amber and # 328-K-52 for red. These measure 4" long x 1-1/2" tall and have mounting holes that are spaced 3" apart on center. • Troubleshooting Marker Light Not Working on Trailer
  There are only a few things you can check to troubleshoot this. One would be the ground wire. Make sure the ground wire is secure. The other is the power. You can use a circuit tester like the # PTW2993 to check the wire for power. If there is no power then you probably have a short in the wire that needs to be repaired.
