Older incandescent lights can be dim or uneven, especially on the sides of a long trailer. This TecNiq midturn side marker uses seven high-quality amber LEDs powered by 9 to 14 volts DC to throw a bright, crisp signal across traffic. The light stays visible from wide angles, improving safety and making your movements clear in any lighting conditions.
Moisture and road grime can ruin electrical connections fast. TecNiq seals this 6-1/2" x 2-1/4" light with their TecSeal urethane potting, which locks out water, dust, and vibration. The result is a durable, submersible housing that keeps the circuit board safe and working even when exposed to rain or when cleaning down the trailer.
Sunlight can fade or crack cheaper lenses over time. This light uses exterior-grade polycarbonate that’s UV resistant, so it stays clear and strong after years in the sun. The material shrugs off road debris and washing without yellowing or clouding, keeping the amber color bright and consistent.
Install is straightforward—just recess it into a standard oval hole using the grommet mount and plug in the tri-pole connector. No extra adapters or custom work needed. The snug grommet fit holds the light solidly in place while still allowing quick removal if you ever need to service it.
Every part of this side marker is built for dependable operation and peace of mind. From its efficient LED design to its sealed electronics, it’s a strong upgrade that resists wear, water, and vibration so you can focus on the road instead of your lights.

Hi, everyone. Steven here with etrailer.com. Let's take a look at our TecNiq Midturn Side Marker. It's a tripole surface mount in amber. So folks, tripole is the connection that's in the back, I'll show that in a second. I have it just wired up loosely with some alligator clips today.
That's your running lights. The brake lights will be brighter, obviously, whenever you're doing that signal. And this is gonna be great for being visible down the side of a trailer. It is oblong on one side, you can see it's thinner here than in the back. And it does have the words front molded into the amber lens here, pointing that you want to have that pointing to the front as you have this installed.
So make sure you're checking all that and getting the right one for whatever side of the trailer you want. We have these in both options as well. Excuse me. This is a polycarbonate lens. Excellent UV protection.
Everything here guaranteed. Your circuit board is protected as well. And again, amber, 12-volt, surface-mounted, oh, I'm sorry, not surface-mounted, grommet-mounted. Again, you would need a grommet, sold separately, that this pops into for installation. And that's gonna wrap it up for our quick look together.
If you have questions, reach out to us. We're here to assist you. I'm Steven. Have a good one.
