Today we are going to be taking a look at Part BD198200. This is the Bulldog round pipe mount swivel jack. It is going to provide 15" of lift and it's going to be rated at 7,000 pounds. The dependable jack is recognized as an industry standard for agricultural and commercial applications. It is ASABE compliant. You can see right here this is going to be the tubular swivel design that is going to let you swing the jack up for travel or down for use. It is also going to feature the included pull pin. It is going to hold the jack in place.

It is attached on there with a nice little chain. That way you don't ever have to worry about losing that pin. The diameter of that pin is going to be 5/8". This jack is going to feature precision fitted parts. It is going to provide exceptional stability and reliability. Right here is going to be the top wind handle. It's got a smooth ergonomic design for easy cranking.

You can see here that the handle portion is actually a little bit raised. That's nice to have. It allows you to get a nice easy grip and then when you're not using the handle, you can actually rotate it over into a stowed position. The outer tube is going to feature a nice gray painted finish. The inner tube is going to be zinc plated. It is going to stand up really well against rust and corrosion. This portion right here, again this is going to be that tubular swivel design.

This is a weld-on pipe mount. That is going to be included. You can see that right there. It's got the multiple pinholes on it. That way you can swivel the jack up when it's not in use or during travel.

Then you can bring it back down for when you need to use it on your jack. This is a weld-on application. The bracket height which is going to be this portion right here when it's in a fully retracted position, actually measuring more towards the middle of the bracket from the ground, that's going to be about 15 and 13/16ths of an inch. When it is fully extended that measurement increases to 30 and 13/16ths of an inch which is where we get that 15" of lift or travel from. It is going to come with the footplate. That's already welded on to that inner tube. The footplate measurements going in this direction it is going to give us overall width of about 6" and then going in this direction it is going to give us an overall length of about 8". That footplate is 6" by 8". The amount of clearance that we have from the mounting bracket to the top of the jack . That's going to give us a measurement of about 4 1/4" not including the handle. We take that measurement including the handle; it's going to be closer to 6". The inner tube is going to have a diameter of 2". The outer tube is going to have a diameter of 2 1/4". When it comes to the handle, it is going to give us handle radius of 6 5/8" and again that pull pin is going to have a diameter of 5/8". The jack offers a lift capacity of 7,000 pounds.
