In quite disappointed on my trailer hitch purchased from etrailer. Even though they were recommended to me by a reputable company because my Audi requires a custom Hitch, the hutch they sent extended too far. Beyond my bumper. I supplied them with the year make and model of the car to ensure the proper custom fit. When I complained they told me there was nothing that could be done since I already installed it. How else would someone know if it fits?! This item required a professional installation and removal of my bumper. Now I have an almost $XXX trailer hitch that sticks out several inches beyond the bumper. I was told I could buy another and sell mine on Craigs list! Really?

This hitch is easy to use and completely invisible when not in use. When inserted, it does protrude a bit. Also, I think it disables the car’s foot-operated hatch opener. I like it a lot.
