Yes, the installation instructions for the Stealth Hitches # SH74ZR are attached below. You will need to remove the rear tail lights, fascia, and factory reinforcement beam. The hitch will replace the reinforcement beam on your 2023 Audi A6 Allroad.
If you plan on towing you will need the # SH66ZR instead. You can also add the towing kit at a later time using the # 391CONVA5. The instructions cover the installation for the wiring as well.
