Product was not sized right for Mazda 2. On the passenger side, the pre-drilled holes for the bolts were about one-half inch short of the corresponding holes in the Mazda frame. As a result I had to take the trailer hitch to a tool and die shop to extend the holes at a cost of $35.00 (making a U-shape opening that allowed the bolts to be secured). Since I only use the trailer hitch as a bicycle carrier, this does not compromise safety, and in all other respects the trailer hitch is excellent.

This installed better and easier than I thought it would. I honestly did run into a little snag trying to figure out how to feed the spacers into the frame. I HIGHLY recommend watching the ETrailer install video they have on YouTube. I did that when I had the problem, and was able to get the solution I needed and had the hitch installed under an hour.
