I have a Kawasaki Ninja 250r its about 400lbs, will this hitch be able to pull it? My vehicle is a 2012 Mazda 2 Hatchback

ThCurt trailer hitch part C11073 has a towing capacity of 1,500 lbs total trailer weight and 150 lbs tongue weight. If you were planning on towing your Ninja on a small trailer that weighed less than those capacities this would work well for you.
You will need to check the owner's manual of your 2012 Mazda 2 though for towing capacities on the vehicle and be sure not to exceed the lower of the two figures. For a ball mount you would want part # 3593, for a ball part # 19256, and for trailer wiring part # 118520.
