Custom-Fit Towing Mirrors
Easily extend your field of vision and reduce blind spots with these CIPA slip-on towing mirrors. By adding them to your OEM side-view mirrors, you can see beyond the end of your trailer. This will allow you to safely and easily change lanes, pass, and park with a trailer in tow.
Each mirror is molded to perfectly match the contours of your factory side mirror. To install, simply slide the towing mirror over your side-view mirror, and use the included hook and hand knob hold the mirror in place. Slip the hook over the arm of your factory mirror, and secure the towing mirror to the hook with the knob.
Slip-on mirrors will fit factory mirrors that look like the mirror in the image above.

Today we're going to be taking a look the CIPA custom towing mirrors. These are slip on mirrors for the driver and passenger side. These mirrors fit a 1978-91 Chevrolet Blazer and GMC Jimmy, a 1980-87 Chevrolet C/K series pick-up and GMC C/K series pick-up, 1978-1991 Chevrolet and GMC Suburban, 1980-1996 Chevrolet and GMC van, 1984-1993 Dodge van, 1988-1993 Dodge Ram pick-up and Dodge Ram Charger. The towing mirrors are going to slip over your factory side view mirrors to extend your lines of sight. These are going to allow you to safely and easily change lanes, pass and park while towing a trailer. It's going to feature the manually adjustable mirror face. That's going to let you customize your view so you can just push in on the sides or the corners to get the angle that you need for your application.
Really nice aerodynamic shape. It's going to offer a good aerodynamics and a tight fit so that's going to help prevent vibration and wind noise. The slip on mirrors maintain the aerodynamics of your factory mirrors. These are custom designed for your vehicle, and they will not obstruct the factory mirrors, and they won't interfere with any adjustments that need to be made to your factory mirrors. Tool free installation. It's going to come with a ABS and polypropylene plastic hardware.
It's also going to come with illustrated instructions to help walk you through the installation process. When it comes to the actual housing of the mirror, this is a durable black ABS plastic construction, and it's going to feature a scratch resistant mirror face. Now, the driver's side and passenger's side mirrors are included. Product's made right here in the USA. A few measurements I want to go over with you real quick. Taking a measurement from the end of the mirror to this point right here which is where your factory mirror will be located.
That's going to measure about 5 3/8", so that's going to be about the amount of distance that's going to be added to your factory mirror. The mirror face going this direction right there at the center is going to be about 4 1/2". Going this direction in the center, it's going to be about 5 1/4 to 5 3/8". A little bit wider right here next to the factory mirror, a little bit more narrow here at the end of the slip on towing mirror. Pretty simple installation mount. All you have to do is hook this piece around the factory mirror arm, and then it's going to come through the back side of the housing.
You simply thread on the plastic mounting nut until you get a nice tight secure fit. That's going to do it for today's look at the CIPA custom towing mirrors for both the driver's side and passenger's side of your vehicle.

Product was exactly what was described on there site, fit perfectly as they said, and I have very happy with the product.
I just received the mirrors and attached them, they fit great. I will be useing them this weekend and hopefully will have an update next week.

I received the correct parts that I ordered and they sent out the order very fast. Everything fits nicely and looks good.
The concept is great, however the connection to the mirror has a plastic screw, not the ones shown here in the picture which look to be metal. I have not even used the mirrors and first time removing them, the plastic screw (why??) breaks.
