Hi there. I'm Michael with etrailer.com. Today, we're going to take a quick look at this Trimax tow strap loop. This tow ring is going to allow you to attach a recovery strap, cable or rope to be used in your agricultural, industrial or recreational applications. Now those straps, cables, or ropes are sold separately but this is going to give you that connection point to your vehicle. This is going to be hitch mounted.
So it is going to ensure nice, quick simple installation and removal. This will fit into your two inch by two inch trailer hitch receivers. So very easy to get slid in place. We do have a dual hitch pin design so we can use this in the horizontal orientation or in the vertical orientation. Both pinholes are just your standard five eighths inch diameter pinhole.
So you'll be able to use your standard pin and clip that you probably already have. This does not come with a pin and clip. If you do need one we do have lots of options available here at etrailer.com. We also have locking pins. So, if you want to add a little extra security you can upgrade to that.
This is going to have a solid steel construction that is going to resist rust. Our d-ring here is a three quarter inch diameter so that solid steel construction is going to give us a 10,000 pound weight capacity. As you can see, we are going to have this durable shackle sleeve here. That's going to help protect our tow ring. So this is going to do a great job sliding into your hitch receiver and providing that connection point for your ropes and cables.
This is a nice, bright red color so it should be very eye catching and help make sure that you can see it, as you're trying to get hooked up and whatnot. You guys have always been so good. I really needed this and the delivery was slow and then it was not delivered when I got a notification that it had been delivered. Please see what you can do to get it to me by the 22nd as that is when it needs to be on my machine. Thx, Chris
