Today we're going to be taking a look at the Brophy Bow Shackle, part number GS06. This 7/16 of an inch in diameter bow shackle has a safe working load limit of 2,000 pounds and a maximum break strength of 6,000 pounds. It's perfect for winching or tow set ups. We're using it with our golf cart here today to help us load it onto the trailer. It's going to provide a secure connection for our winch's hook. It's also great for recovery straps, tow straps, and tree straps.
It's made out of a galvanized steel construction and features a twist pin for easy installation and easy removal. Now let's go ahead and hook up our winch and see it in action. That's going to complete our look at the Brophy Bow Shackle with 7/16 diameter, part number GS06.
