When you want to add a ladder rack or haul bikes and kayaks without giving up bed space, the built-in T-slots on the RetraxONE XR have you covered. The rails work with T-slot-compatible accessories from Yakima, Rhino-Rack, and Thule, so you can stack gear above the bed while the retractable cover still operates normally. It’s a clean setup that keeps your bed free for everything else.
This cover opens and closes easily thanks to sealed ball-bearing rollers that glide along the rails. There are no pull straps, snaps, or Velcro to fuss with, and no lubrication needed. The spiral track system inside the canister keeps the cover from rubbing on itself, preventing wear over time. You can lock it in any position along the rails for quick partial access or full bed use when hauling big items.

When closed, the RetraxONE XR keeps your cargo locked down tight. The pop-up handle sits flush inside a protective lid that shields the keyhole from dirt and moisture. Just twist the key, pop it up, and slide the cover open with one hand. You can latch it anywhere along the track or close it completely for maximum protection when paired with a locked tailgate.

Made from high-quality Lexan polycarbonate reinforced with 5/8" thick aluminum I-beams every 4-3/4", this cover is built to handle tough conditions. It supports up to 200 lbs of evenly distributed weight and performs in temperatures from -50°F to 200°F without cracking or warping. The matte black finish resists UV rays and scratches while staying cooler to the touch than metal. Weather stripping and foam seals keep out rain, snow, and dust so your gear stays protected year-round.
The RetraxONE XR sits just 1" above the bed rails for a sleek, flush-mounted look. Its angled storage canister takes up minimal bed space while shielding the rolled-up cover from debris and moisture. Two included drain tubes route water out through factory drain holes, keeping everything dry inside. It’s a neat, low-profile design that looks good and works hard every day.

One year in and I have no problems with this cover. Still opens and closes smoothly. It does take up more room than I was expecting but its not something that would keep me from buying it again. I have added the Yakima rack to it and it all works great.

Terrific product. Ive been very pleased. The only only improvement I can suggest, improve the drainage hose attachment fittings. They come loose too easily.

Glad to hear it looks great, Shelli! I have had a similar cover on my Silverado since 2018 and the retractable covers are the way to go, at least in my opinion. I haven't any issues with the canister making loading up the bed with stuff cause any problems and I don't think you will either. ^___^ What are you typically keeping in your bed? I always have a milk crate with survival type stuff in it, just in case!
