A lot of hard covers either block your toolbox or require a custom fit, but this one is built to work with most 18"-20" standard toolboxes. It seals directly against the box with a watertight barrier that keeps your gear dry even in heavy rain. You can open the tailgate, lift the rear panel, and grab what you need without removing the cover or the toolbox.
When you need more space for taller loads, the tri-fold setup makes it simple. Lift the panel at the tailgate for partial access or fold the rear and center panels to open up two-thirds of the bed. It comes completely off in seconds with no rails left behind, so you can haul big items without any hardware in the way.
The panels are 1" thick and made of automotive-grade polypropylene with a high-strength thermoplastic skin. They don’t fade, warp, or crack under UV light or harsh weather. The surface stays cool to the touch on hot days and resists dents better than thin aluminum or vinyl covers.
Automotive-grade snap-on seals, rubber corners, and hinge caps keep water out while the tailgate is closed and locked. The sturdy fiberglass-reinforced nylon clamps hold tight to the side rails, and the Jaw-Grip and EZ-Lock systems secure both the front and rear panels. Once locked, your bed stays sealed from dust and rain.
This cover clamps directly to the bed rails using built-in hardware, so there are no loose bolts or separate parts to lose. Installing or removing it takes just a few minutes—no tools required. It sits about 1" to 1-1/2" above the rails for a clean, standard-profile look that matches the matte black finish.

The new cover looks great, DJ! Are you going to be covering up some equipment or just looking for that sleeker look. Or both :)
