If you already run a toolbox, this cover is built to work right with it. It installs neatly behind most 19–21 inch over-the-rail boxes and still lets you open and close your toolbox without interference. The front header bar and Element weather seal close the gap between the box and cover, keeping out dust, rain, and snow. It sits 1-1/2 inches above the bed for a clean, streamlined look with the Access Slantback design that cuts wind drag and can improve gas mileage by up to 10 percent.

When you need the whole bed, just roll the cover forward. The reinforced vinyl rolls tight behind the toolbox and secures with premium straps so it doesn’t rub or flap around. Dual AutoLatch II locks automatically engage when closed, and a single pull-cord release lets you open it one-handed. The tailgate and toolbox still operate normally, and with the tailgate locked, your gear stays protected.

The cover material is heavy-duty, UV-resistant vinyl that keeps its shape in hot sun and stays flexible down to -40 °F. Reinforced slats and powder-coated aluminum bows keep the surface tight and supported, while the contoured rails resist rust. Seals at the tailgate and toolbox block out rain and dirt, so your bed stays clean through every season.

Getting the right tension doesn’t take tools or guesswork. The XT-Dial adjuster lets you fine-tune the fit by hand at the front of the cover, keeping the vinyl smooth and tight through temperature changes. Combined with the tight-bite aluminum clamps that grip firmly to the bed rails, the setup stays secure without constant re-adjusting.

Because the rails mount inside the bed, you still have room for stake-pocket accessories, ladder racks, and tie-down anchors. The low-profile design works around bed liners too—drop-in liners fit without trimming, and over-the-rail liners can be notched for clamp clearance. It’s a simple setup that keeps your truck bed functional and organized.

After a year, the cover has been fantastic. No tears, rips or even fading. After a few months a plastic part broke but I called the company and they sent a replacement immediately. Im very happy.
