If you run a toolbox across your bed rails, you know most covers won’t clear it. This one is shaped just for that setup. It installs behind most 19"–21" wide, over-the-rail toolboxes and still gives you a full-length seal between the box and the cover. The front header bar and Element weather seal close the gap so rain, snow, and dirt stay out, while the toolbox and tailgate both stay fully functional even with the cover closed.
All-Season Use: Reinforced UV-Resistant Vinyl
Daily sun, freezing mornings, or heavy rain don’t faze this cover. It’s made from double-coated, reinforced vinyl that blocks UV rays, stays flexible down to -40°F, and doesn’t shrink or fade. Quick Bed Access: Roll-Up Design with AutoLatch II
When you need the whole bed, the cover rolls up in seconds. Hook-and-loop seals on the sides peel back easily, and premium straps keep the rolled-up cover secure behind the toolbox. The AutoLatch II system snaps both side locks closed automatically when you drop it back down, and a single pull cord lets you open it one-handed when you’re ready to load up again.

Temperature swings can loosen or tighten a vinyl cover, but the XT-Dial knob at the front lets you fine-tune tension any time—no tools needed. Adam: What's going on everybody Adam here with etrailer. Today, we're going to be taking a look at the Access Toolbox Edition Soft, Roll-Up Tonneau Cover. Line of Access Tonneau Covers is going to be able to fit a wide variety of different trucks, use the etrailer fit guide to put in your year, make and model of your truck to find the exact fit for your truck bed with toolbox.You all know the many benefits to having a tonneau cover, yes, it's going to protect all the contents from all that rain and snow that you may have, also it's going to increase your fuel economy. But also the main thing for me is just to protect anything from theft, because people just have sticky fingers, but sometimes you really don't have the option, you have both a toolbox and a tunnel cover. Sometimes you really just have to pick one or the other. Well, this is the main benefit to having this tonneau cover.
We can have the lock box here, have all our tools and stuff in there and have all of our fun recreational stuff in here. And since we have a locking tailgate, everything is nice and secure.It is a very durable vinyl material and it is going to resist against the sun and all of the elements that mother nature's going to throw at it. And it's going to keep all of that water out too. And it is pretty low profile as well with the toolbox, we're losing a little bit of the rail space, but with the tonneau cover, we're not. So if you're like me and you like to talk after maybe around a golf or maybe after a long day at work, but you still have these rails to sit and relax.The Access Tonneau Cover gives you quick and easy access because all you got to do is just grab this little string here, pull that down, one hand, that's all you got to do.
And then you can go ahead and roll all this up, just like that. So you can go ahead and if you're going on a trip and you want to keep your bed open, whether you have contents in there or you just like it better that way, we have these little straps and they're just going to click right at the back of the cover on both sides and we can adjust this. I can actually roll it over one more time, maybe we can go ahead and tighten this up. It's going to hold this back on here and just grab this and bring it forward. Nice and tight.
Just like that.With the tonneau cover rolled up, we can get a closer look at our rails. So these are going to be made of an aerospace grade aluminum. So they're not going to rust away over time. And even the clamps are made of this aerospace grade aluminum, which is great. So they're not going to rust.
It's going to be easy to take on and off if you need to, but it looks good. So you don't really have to. And we do have a powder-coated finish too. So it gives a nice little look, blends in with the side rail colors on our Silverado.If you're tired of having to choose between a tonneau cover or a toolbox, etrailer has got a solution for you, the Access Tonneau Cover, it works just as well as any other soft, roll-up tonneau cover, but it just makes your truck to be able to do more. The cover went through several monsoon storms, 1" of rain in 30 mins with 60 mph winds. The cover worked perfect, my tools and generator were dry.... very happy with this product.

The tonneau fit really well and worked with my Silverado. However, customer service is one star at best. I sent pictures to a representative of my truck and toolbox and she said the tonneau I picked out for him would not work with my toolbox. She then recommended another tonneau that she said was made for my toolbox and truck (I pull a fifth wheel so that made things difficult.) I ordered the one she recommended but it didn’t work either. I emailed her and nothing but crickets. I got an email from a different representative asking how things went and I explained the whole mess and again, nothing but crickets. I had to really get creative to get it to work and now it does, but it’s tricky getting in the tool box. Disappointing to say the least. I’ve ordered from etrailer before and had good experiences. This time, 5 star product, one star customer service.

I like the design of the Tonneau cover and how it looks, the ease of installation and the follow up support of etrailer. The shipping was pretty fast but there was a portion on one of the side rails that should not have passed quality control at the manufacture. I contacted etrailer, sent in a few pictures of the damaged rail and within a few days got a replacement rail shipped to me. That’s why I like doing business with etrailer!

The measurements were a little off for the gap of the tailgate and I had to readjust after install of the side rails. Also there were some cuts after pieces were painted it looked like. Unsure if this was done to adjust a common part to make work for several different bed styles or what. Still needs a few adjustments on my part but overall am happy with it.
Directions could of been a little better as well but I was able to fumble through.

We travel a lot with our RV and frequently keep stuff in the back of the truck. I wanted something to hide it all. This cover is excellent. It looks fantastic and is easy to use (roll/unroll). Installation was okay but two sets of hands or clamps make it a lot easier. The instructions are just okay but it all worked out. The cover was a smidge short so I had to double-up on the rubber seal at the tailgate. No biggie. Also, no need to have a separate cover for my 5th wheel hitch. Very happy!

After a year, the cover has been fantastic. No tears, rips or even fading. After a few months a plastic part broke but I called the company and they sent a replacement immediately. Im very happy.

Installed on a 2013 F150 with 6-1/2' foot bed. I had already installed a toolbox across the bed rails and then decided to add an Access cover since I knew I could get this tool box compatible version. I had an Access cover on a previous truck and knew I wanted the same brand again.
Plan on buying additional bulb weather stripping as the cap between the tool box and the front of the bed is wide depending on tool box width. My gap was wider than what came with the installation kit. You have to put the toolbox exactly where it needs to meet the bed cover header.
Installation was easy for the cover as the struggle was getting the toolbox weather stripping installed. I put the bulb seal in the kit on the front of the toolbox and then added my larger bulb weather stripping onto the front of the truck bed so that both mated up once the toolbox was put back into place per the instructions. Any local parts store should carry the seal material.
I do like how you need to open the tailgate to operate the latching system. If you lock your tailgate, it cannot be accessed. My previous Access cover had a push button you could use to unlatch the cover with the tailgate closed. Not great if you want to keep other out of your truck bed.

The Access Toolbox edition covers will only work with tool boxes that are 20-21 inches wide. With a 12 inch wide box there will be a large gap and the tonneau will not work as designed.

The objects in front of the tonneau, between the tonneau and the cab, would have to total 20-21 inches. Measure from the inside edge of the truck bed up at the cab, and back. If your tool box does not end in the 20-21 inch windown, the tonneau will not properly fit.

Cover has lived up to expectations. Easy to install. I integrated it with a 5th wheel tool box which conveniently allows separate access to either. Protects my hitch from the elements when I am not towing. Easily rolls up and down. When rolled up, it does not block my rear view when I hitch my 5th wheel. Stays securely fastens when closed. No water intrusion, even in a car wash. Every couple of months I apply a good coating of a quality vinyl UV protectant.

happy with the results they all where not installed yet but measured the pieces and they and were all within tolerance went to Home Depot and bought some weather stripping as the tool box (huskie) WILL HAVE TO BE FARTHER out so you can open it full without hitting the rear window and still have a water tight seal

I've been looking for years for a cover to fit my bed with the toolbox and all I ever heard was they don't make them. I love this cover and thanks etrailer. I was a little confused with the instructions provide, so it was a combination between the video and instructions that helped me complete the task. Overall, Happy with this product. Relatively easy to install, however, I recommend doing it with a partner to make it easier. Fits great with my Weather Guard toolbox and gives the truck a great look overall! Super easy to open and close and provides way more security than having the bed open for all to see.

This cover is a perfect match for a tool box! It comes with everything needed to seal the front of the box and then seals for around the cover. It rolls up and the clips hold it in place as it should. The adjustment knobs make sure you will get the best fit and coverage.
