These Titan Chain ladder-pattern chains are built to bite into deep snow so you can power up steep driveways or rural mountain roads without spinning out. The ladder layout grips as you roll, giving you steady forward traction when the snow gets thick or packed. It’s the kind of straightforward design that just works when you need dependable pull in tough winter conditions.
The round twist links dig into soft snow for traction while still giving a smoother ride than square links. That balance makes them a solid pick for deep snow and icy patches—enough bite to keep you in control, without the harsh ride that some chain patterns bring.
These chains install simply and stay put. There are no cams or levers to come loose when you’re backing up or crossing rough terrain. Once they’re on, they stay tight so you can focus on getting where you’re going instead of rechecking your gear every few miles.

Each link is made of low-carbon steel for durability and strength through harsh winter use. The 5.5 mm (0.218") link thickness gives the right mix of toughness and flexibility so the chains hold up season after season without being overly rigid or brittle in cold weather.
This pair of chains is made to fit tires from 17-1/2" to 19-1/2", giving you solid coverage across typical winter setups. Add optional rubber adjusters for a snug fit, and you’ve got chains that are ready when the snow piles up and the roads turn slick.
These chains fit the following tire sizes:

I keep these chains in my van all year since they have helped in mud just as much as snow. Ive never gotten stuck when they are on. Make sure you get the rubber chain adjusters as well so they dont move - Item TCMA2

Wonderful to have the chains. Easy to put on and off. I’ve lived in a heavy snow area. 2 to 4 feet. They get lots of use.

Double check that the chains are centered on the tire and that when installing the inside connection is secured first and then tighten the outside connection to make sure it isn't tightened unevenly. Are the chains shifting out of position or twisting on top of the tread if you drive a short distance with them?
