1. Count the lug holes
Look at the wheel hub or the back of the wheel and count how many lug holes there are(also called bolt holes).
Common configurations include: 4-lug, 5-lug, 6-lug and 8 lug
2a. For even lug counts (4-lug, 6-lug, 8-lug)
Measure from the center of one lug hole directly across to the center of the hole opposite it.
Common configurations: 4 on 4", 6 on 5.5", 8 on 6.5"
2b. For odd lug counts (5-lug)
Measure from the center of one lug hole to the outer edge of the hole directly across (not center-to-center since there's no directly opposite hole).
Common configurations: 5 on 4.5" (most popular), 5 on 5", 5 on 4.75", 5 on 5.5"

Hi, everybody. Andy here with etrailer.com. Let's take a brief look at this Dexstar Camo Strata Steel Mod Trailer Wheel. This sturdy steel wheel is made here in the USA, and as you can see, this does feature a camo strata finish with this mod pattern. This does meet DOT specifications, and a wheel like this would be great to consider if you have a trailer, whether it's a boat trailer you use for fishing or a trailer you use for hunting that's already decked out in camo. This is going to match really well with that trailer instead of maybe a wheel or a tire wheel assembly that has a different type of wheel, like a chrome wheel or something like that.
This is not going to clash with that camo design that you already have on your trailer. Now this wheel does have excellent corrosion resistance with this dipped camouflage strata pattern finish over an eco primer, and you can see here along the inside of this wheel where you can, where you see that camo that was left over there from when they dipped this. So again, this has eco primer underneath. So this finish is going to hold up really well for you. Now looking at the dimensions of this wheel, measuring the diameter first, from bead seat to bead seat, we're sitting at 13 inches in diameter.
And the width, again, measuring bead seat to bead seat is four and a half inches. And the bolt pattern here is five on four and a half inches. And in case you don't know, the first number in the bolt pattern is the number of bolt holes, and the second number is the diameter in inches of the circle on which the bolt holes sit. So to determine the bolt circle diameter on wheels with an odd number of bolt holes as we have here on our wheel, you're simply going to measure from the center of any bolt hole to the point halfway between the two bolt holes directly across from the first. The wheel stud size is a half an inch by 20, and this wheel has a capacity of 1,725 pounds.
The center cap is sold separately. However, if you pick one up, you just wanna make sure that it fits the pilot diameter of 3.19 inches. Well, that's gonna wrap up our brief look today. I do hope that it was helpful for you. Again, my name is Andy.
