Building a ladder rack or trailer frame requires strong tubing that stays straight under load. This aluminum square tubing provides a rigid section you can cut and customize for your build.
If you're repairing a rack or building a new frame, matching the right size and thickness is important. This square tubing is not trailer-specific. To get the right fit, you'll need to match it to your existing tubing by measurement. If you're replacing a section, measure your current tubing or mounting area and compare:
The size and wall thickness both affect how the tubing fits and how it handles load. Even small differences can prevent it from matching your existing structure or handling load as intended. If you're not sure, take a few measurements and photos of your current setup and reach out to etrailer support for help comparing options.
