Hi, everyone. Steve here with etrailer. Today we're taking a look at something unique. This is the Tie Down Adjustable Teardrop Fender for Tandem Trailers. Now it's going to measure nine inches wide and about 16 inches tall, if it was sitting on a flat plane. And what's neat about this is it truly is adjustable from 60 inches all the way out to 72 inches.
Now I don't have enough room for that to fit in the frame today, but I will pull the pieces apart here in a minute and show them to you. I do want to point out from the start, it comes with all the hardware to install. That's stainless steel hardware. And this gives you, again, a lot of clearance because it does have a 16 inch tall design. So it's going to cover a lot more of the traditional teardrop ones cover.
And the teardrop profile is going to keep that trailer looking nice and sharp. So let's go ahead and pull this apart. Let me get this off my blocks here real quick. (fender knocks) (blocks thumping) And the neat thing about it being adjustable is it's going to come in a smaller package, so that's gonna mean less chance of it getting damaged in shipping, (fender clanking) and it's going to make it easier for you to install as well. So as you can see, you've got two different ends.
Right (fender clanking) And as you can see, they do have holes, little square holes for the carriage bolts that are included to go into. And then of course you have the centerpiece. That's the center teardrop piece. And as you can see, this is all aluminum. It's a Treadbrite construction.
It's got that diamond plate kind of tread design that people are are used to, and it's very durable. It's going to hold up to the weather and the elements. And once again, once you get everything to the right dimension, you have all those different holes to adjust it, again, between 60 to 72 inches. Folks, that's gonna wrap up our quick look together, this adjustable teardrop fender by Tie Down. I'm Steven. Thanks for watching.
