When your current RoadTech TPMS setup doesn't cover every tire you want to watch, this two-sensor set gives you a direct way to expand it. The flow-through sensors pair wirelessly with a compatible RoadTech TPMS monitor (sold separately), adding pressure and temperature monitoring without replacing the setup you already have. Once they're paired and assigned, those added tire positions show up with the rest of your monitored setup during travel.
Adding air can turn into extra work when sensors have to come off before every tire adjustment, especially on trailers, RVs, tow vehicles, and hard-to-reach valve stems. These flow-through sensors allow air to pass through for tire inflation while the sensors stay installed. You can top off a tire, keep the hardware in place, and get back to monitoring pressure and temperature without re-pairing the sensor.
A tire problem on a long pull can start with a slow leak, a rapid air loss, or heat building before anything feels wrong from the driver's seat. These sensors monitor tire pressure and temperature in real time and send alerts for over and under PSI, high temperatures, and air leaks through the TPMS system. Instead of relying only on a stop-and-check routine, your monitor can call out a tire that needs attention while the trip is still underway.
Some tire setups run well above passenger-car pressures, and a sensor with too narrow of a range can take it out of consideration right away. These sensors monitor from 1 - 218 PSI (1 - 15 bar), giving your TPMS system room to track anything within that confirmed range. You can set up the added sensors around the pressures your tires actually use and keep those readings visible from the monitor.

Hi, everybody, Andy here with etrailer. Let's take a quick look at these Flow-Through Tire Sensors for your RoadTech TPMS. So, if you're already using a compatible RoadTech TPMS system and you want to monitor more tires, this expansion kit is going to make it easy. This includes, as you can see here, two additional flow-through sensors that can be added to your existing setup, giving you coverage for extra tires on your RV, trailer, tow vehicle, and other equipment. One of the biggest advantages is the flow-through sensor design. So, unlike standard tap sensors that have to be removed whenever you add air, these are gonna allow you to inflate your tires without taking the sensors off, making routine tire maintenance quicker and more convenient.
While you're traveling, the sensors are going to continuously track both tire pressure and temperature, so if a tire develops a pressure problem or starts running hotter than normal, the system is going to alert you so you can address the issue before it becomes a bigger problem down the road. The sensors are designed to work across a wide pressure range from one to 218 psi, making them suitable for everything from lower-pressure applications to heavier-duty, higher-pressure tire setups. For added peace of mind, each sensor here does include these anti-theft locking hardware with the wrench here to get that installed, so that is going to help keep them securely attached while you're traveling and even when you are not around your trailer, you're not gonna have to worry about somebody coming by and easily taking these off. Maintenance is gonna be pretty straightforward as well. When it's time to replace the sensor batteries, the sensors are gonna retain their paired setting, so you're not gonna have to go through the hassle of reprogramming them after a battery change.
RoadTech says that battery life is anywhere from 12 to 18 months per sensor, depending on how often you use them. If you're looking for the cap sensors instead of the flow-through sensors, we do have the cap sensors available as well. And again, just as their name says, you would have to actually remove those to add air to your tires, do the tire pressure maintenance.
