Hi, everybody, Steve here with etrailer.com. Folks, today we're looking together at our Caliber EdgeGuards for your enclosed trailers. Now, these are gonna be 4 1/4 inches tall, and you're gonna get 12 pieces total and the installation hardware. Now folks, what these are gonna do is they are gonna protect your trailer deck, door, and door cables from damage while you load or unload your snowmobile or UTV. So I'll throw an image up real quick. You can see these installed on the far right side, it looks like, of an enclosed trailer ramp door.
And you can kinda see the cable in the center image of that or the center of that image, near the top center. And just like it says, these are gonna prevent your skis on the bottom side of the snowmobile from running into that cable, getting jammed up or anything, especially when you might potentially have snow covering the surface and that kinda stuff. They're gonna give you traction, number one, but they're also gonna be an excellent way to protect that cable. They simply snap together, if you will, and then you can put a bunch of these in unison and potentially fan 'em out as needed. But just like that.
You get stainless steel hardware included. These are pan head styled screws. They have a Torx head with the Torx bit included. There's enough there to install all of these. So once again, you're gonna get 12 of these.
And like I said, it's that simple. You just keep stacking 'em together until you get what you need for your specific needs. And that's gonna give you a nice barrier to run up against. Now, we do recommend using these in conjunction with the Caliber TraxGrabber or TraxMats and the high-profile FlexGlides sold separately to help guide that snowmobile up and into the trailer safely. You just simply screw these into place on your trailer deck.
Again, with the included hardware, it's a very simple installation. Well folks, that's gonna wrap it up. Again, I'm Steven. Thanks so much for your time. Have a good day.
Delivery was fast, packaged well ( no pieces missing!). Put them in my trailer yesterday. Looks like it will work great getting my sled readily and safely out of my trailer. Would recommend!
Good quality product. Made in the USA! Thanks!
