Features to know about

Stay Level When the Front End Gets Heavy: 6,000-lb Suspension Support

When heavy gear like a plow or other front-mounted equipment makes the nose dip, steering and braking can feel off. The Timbren Front Suspension Enhancement System adds up to 6,000 lbs of support so your vehicle stays level. Each hollow rubber spring cushions and stabilizes the front axle, keeping handling, traction, and headlight aim right where they should be even under load.

Smooth Out the Ride and Stop Bottoming Out: Hollow Rubber Spring Design

Rough roads and heavy weight can beat up your factory suspension. Timbren’s hollow rubber springs act as built-in shock absorbers that take the brunt of bumps and potholes. The rubber construction absorbs road shock to create a smoother ride and helps prevent bottoming out on uneven ground. By easing the strain on your stock setup, these springs extend suspension life while keeping things comfortable and controlled.

Cut Down on Sway and Body Roll: Independent Spring Action

Sharp turns, swerves, or uneven loads can make the front end lean or feel loose. Each Timbren spring works independently on its side to reduce body roll when cornering and to handle off-center loads. That independent action keeps the vehicle more planted through curves, crosswinds, or uneven terrain so you stay steady behind the wheel.

Install It Once and Get Reliable Performance: No-Drill Mounting

Adding front-end support doesn’t need to be complicated. The kit includes 2 Aeon hollow rubber springs with custom brackets and hardware that bolt right onto the frame rails—no drilling required. With no airlines, compressors, or gauges to deal with, installation is straightforward and maintenance-free. Once in place, the system automatically provides support whenever extra weight is added for long-term reliability you can count on.

Easy install, didn't even need the brackets for my application. Really helped with sidesway in the wind and seems to help the front from dipping with extra weight. Haven't tried plowing snow yet but I think they will make a major difference

by:

Ok it’s been a year since I’ve had the springs and I’m impressed. With how easy the install is and what you get out of it these are truly amazing. No more “squishy” feeling when towing my 22fy travel trailer. The ride is a little bumpy but I don’t care. I’m glad I found these.

by:

For me surprisingly easy to install at 67 years old. Had immediate handling improvement and steering control.

by:

Have them on several trucks now and couldn't imagine running snow plows without anymore.

by:

The front Timbren are working very good. The rear not so good

by:

Install was straightforward. Hardest part was getting the old bump stops out. Sway was greatly reduced on the Interstate and the rock and roll by passing semis was greatly reduced. Wish I had bought these sooner!

by:

Pretty pricey but well worth it. Put these all the way around at the same time as new rear leaf springs on our c7500 topkick and it made a huge difference. It's a top heavy bucket truck and it would rock and roll just turning a corner to the point it was downright scary. Now thats greatly reduced. They also smoothed out the ride especially when loaded more than I expected.
Install was simple, perfect fit. Worst part was grinding out the rivet on the old bracket

by:

These bumpstops really work, they stop the front end vibration before it travels through the shocks and springs, for a smooth ride

by:

I haven/t installed them yet. I think I should have gotten a discount for the age of the "box"s the Timbrens were in. May be a credit ,, Brad

by:

It good but one side with no bump had to be put spacer but the spacer was flat so the bolt did not have a lot of thread so I grind the spacer a bit so it could stay flush otherwise this might solve the problem of outter tire wear that ford transit has will find out soon

by:

I love these things. They are worth the upfront expense. I have them on two ¾'s, one ½, and a minivan for road trips. This particular set is full-time active up front. I have a 2" leveling kit and I'm in em no matter what. Zero complaints though. Solid performance through all aspects. I don't run any front-end attachments.

by:

I have a 2006 Kodiak 2 wheel drive. Timbrin firmed up the front end to much. There in full contact with the spring. I think it to stuff and I might be removing them. The install was straight forward. Parts are as expected and quality of Timbrin is great. Just not enough cush..

by:

Great ordering, shipping time, cost, and supporting information. We added a snow plow and the product did everything as advertised.

THANK YOU,,,EXCELLENT

by:

Shipping came early, The product was everything I was told, great customer service Quinn was great and answered all my questions and then some.

by:

Easy transaction parts for perfect!

by:

Timbren is a nice product but overpriced for what you get. They did give my motorhome a bit more sway support but made the ride more sharp, even on small cracks/bumps in the road. A sway bar would have been a much better way to go.

by:

Quality product, clear instructions, easy to install. Lifted and leveled the front of our Ford F59 by about 1" to 1-1/4". The drivers side front was sagging from the weight of a heavy generator.

by:

What a big difference these Timbren SES make. No more side to side sway like it was. They DO as they say. I also put them on the rear.
