When a trailer or heavy bed load makes your truck squat, handling and braking can get sketchy. The Firestone Ride-Rite Air Bags w/ Easy Mount Compressor and In-Cab Control add up to 5,000 lbs of rear axle support so your truck stays level and steady under pressure. The double-convoluted air springs work with your factory suspension to keep steering response sharp, braking consistent, and your headlights aimed where they should be.
Every haul is different, so you can dial in the perfect pressure for the job without leaving the cab. The integrated compressor and single-path analog controller let you inflate or deflate both air bags together from 5 to 100 psi. Add a few pounds when hitched up or release air when unloaded—it’s quick, convenient control that keeps your ride balanced and comfortable on every trip.
Everything you need comes in one box—air bags, compressor, controller, custom brackets, fittings, lines, and hardware. The precision brackets bolt to existing attachment points, so you don’t have to chase extra parts or drill through the frame. Whether it’s a day project or a weekend garage job, the complete kit makes it straightforward to add real load support without extra guesswork.
The reinforced rubber air bags and tight-sealing fittings are designed for leak-resistant performance mile after mile. Firestone uses plated, coated, and brass components throughout the system to hold up against rust, salt, and road grime. With a limited lifetime warranty on the air bags and 2-year coverage on the compressor, brackets, and fittings, it’s a setup built for long-term reliability in tough conditions.

Hi everyone, Steven here with etrailer. Today we're looking at our Firestone Ride-Rite Airbags with easy mount compressor and an in-cab control. Now this is a single path kit, meaning when you inflate or deflate, you're gonna be inflate or deflating both bags at the same time. And this will give you 5,000 pounds of load support. Now this is a precision custom installation, so make sure you're checking the fit guide here at etrailer.com to be sure you're gettin' the right parts the first time. All your brackets are gonna be a no drill bolt onto factory points.
They're powdercoated, so you don't have to worry about rust or corrosion. And when all this is put together, I've just gotta laid out here on the table, it's gonna look something kind of like this. Obviously, you're gonna have a few more brackets that aren't pictured, U-bolts, those kind of things potentially. So just keep that in mind. I guess you can kind of see the U-bolts behind that compressor bracket there on the left, but they're a little hard to see.
So again, you're gonna get everything here on the table. Everything is a reinforced rubber as far as the bags and everything. And of course, everything here, heavy duty as far as the build. You got the bracket kit for the compressor. The compressor is nice and tiny.
It fits in the palm of my hand, but very powerful. And of course, you got the in-cab gauge here. It's an analog gauge, meaning it's gonna read out everything using this gauge. It's not digital or anything. And of course, you get a nice bag of hardware.
All the installation hardware, whether it's the cable ties, the wrapping for wiring and whatnot, the bolts for installing the brackets and all of your push to connect fittings, that's gonna be for your airline hose. Quick tech tip, while I'm on it, the installers here at etrailer said make sure that you get a nice clean cut on this airline if you ever have to cut it for lengths to be sure that you get the best possible fit and seal inside of those push to connect fittings. And of course, you got the wiring harness here with the relays included and everything for installation. So a pretty quick and easy installation as far as not having to do any kind of custom drilling or anything. Make sure that you're following the instructions. We probably have some videos on different vehicles, if not yours, that you can watch and go along with as well if you so choose. I'm Steven, reach out if you have any questions about this or any of the products. Have a great day.

I like how the Firestone All-in-one comes with everything I needed without needing to piece together a bunch of parts. The best part is that the air bags and the compressor system come in one package, so everything is already matched and ready to install. I still had to mount the compressor myself, but there’s no guesswork on what works with what.
Installation takes a little time, but the bags make a noticeable difference. They level out the truck, cut down on squat, and help everything feel more stable when you’re towing. And with the onboard compressor, I can add or remove air whenever I need, without carrying around a bulky compressor or stopping at the gas station.
It’s a solid, well-built kit that simplifies the whole process. For anyone who tows often and wants a clean, all-in-one solution, it’s a great fit.
